i can see why they would be upset, but i think there is a very good idea in there.
Whats going to happen, is that the residents of that road are going to get very angry with the situation (more than they would if they didnt have to clean it themselves) the council (and police) are hoping that this will get the community to take action against vandals and petty criminals, that doesnt mean they have to report them, as said by others here, people are too scared etc etc to do that.
The sad fact is that in most cases, graffiti is done by local people, i think its called 'pissing on your own doorstep' hopefully the parents of those doing the act will feel they must take more responsibility
personally, i think its a good move, will it work, possibly, but its got to be worth a punt hasnt it?
in response to graffiti on your wall, if its your wall, its your resposibility, if they vandals broke your window, you have to pay,not nice, but true! if they are communial walls, thats a different story!

the point here is that dogging isnt really dogging if you arrange to meet and have sex in a car park, that has a different name :
'having sex in a car park with someone i/we met on the internet'
dogging is all about chance, thats what makes it so exciting! sometimes you meet, more often than not you dont. as a couple we would love to know where other couples are going, but we quite enjoy our evenng drives looking for likely spots!

mmm yes, my choice of car is perfectly relevent here isnt it? You ddint have your kids to benifit, me, just like we dont chose our car to benefit you! better not mention the range rover with bull bars then. 
If your a fit strong woman etc etc, does it matter where you park if the door will get blown out of your hand? or should all parking spaces be so wide just in case?
I have not,and would never tell anyone to get a bus over their car, that to is a choice we make.

While im not saying every child in the country is fat, i do wonder why there is a huge growth in obeasity numbers in recent years, im not saying its soley down to P&C spaces, but as tescos points out, 'every little helps' :shock:

markz, are you implying that people reproduce purely for the purpose of lookin after old folk? No, of course they dont, im simply saying that having kids, doesnt give parents the rights that many have come to expect.
face it, P&C spaces have only been around for what,10 years???? Gosh how did we all cope before hand?
My mother managed with three of us, on a london bus, with two buggies and a toddler, plus if my mother had asked me to hold a car door, i would have done it, its called disapline

i know he wasnt disables by ther gym bag and the way he jogged into the store. that good enough for you? oh and yes, he didnt have a badge,
I know some disabilities arnt always aparent, but can you explian why disabled bays are close to the store entrance? its for the disabled who are mobility impaired, yes? so if your disabbility doesnt affect your ability to walk or move about the store why should you park outside the door?
Winchwench, yes i do belive you need to open the door wider to get your kids out, likewise i need to get the door open wider to get my shopping in the car as we have a two door couple with no boot, so should i get a wider space also?

Totally agree that anyone who parkks on a disabled space when not registered should be fined,
We once saw a perfectly healthy guy park in a dis space, after we had walked right across the car park in the rain, got us in a foul mood, so much so that Mr Kent, followed him around, and every time he had to reach to get something off a high shelf, he said " no no, your disabled, let me get that for you" i thought he would stop after a while, but i credit his persistance, he carried on all the way round, about half an hour. He also said what he said really loudly, so that every one around, knew what they guy had done!
We do however, willingly park in parent and child spaces, I dont care what anyone says, parent with children DO NOT need to park outside the door,and you dont need them to be a little wider! my parents never had to, and id imagine that is true of everyones parents on here too, its just another marketing trick by companies to get the 'parent pound'parents are getting softer , and kids are getting fatter and fatter, maybe to battle obeasity the parent and child spaces should be at the back of the car park!

not sure who to vote for yet, but it wont be ken, we own a farm in kent, and as such drive a range rover, we also live in london (but are based in kent) so everytime we want to drive to london we are going to have to pay £25!!!!!!! Sod off!

we too couldnt get into server four, until we logged out and logged in again, it turns out that every time we log in we auto go to server four, which had about 20 people across all the rooms, so its certainly not full!
Glad its been put there though, the rooms do get a bit cramped sometimes!

One piece of advice id give is to fill in your profile as much as you can.
There are plenty of fakers on here, so filling in a little bit of info, and posting a pic of yourself would certainly help in getting folk to trust that you are who you say you are!
Personally we dont chat to anyone who hasnt got a pic of themselves in their profile! it is afterall the only way to prove your all woman! We have found that camera pics taken on the mirror usually dispel any talk of picture theft or fakes!

we recently flew to africa from gatwick, parked the car and off we went!
On the way home, we missed a connecting flight and were put on another flight home, but it flew into heathrow.
we were so tired we spent two hours looking for the car, until we sat down right in front of a
'welcome to BAA Heathrow'
sign, its then that our stupidness reavealed itself!
