Come in, sit down. Poppadoms and pickles to start? Mmm, yes please.
Just realised I've been out for a curry three weeks in a row...and until recently I would rather eat Chinese!
So, pull up a chair and place your order.
I like mixing my meat so love lamb and chicken mixed dishes. Also love potatoes and spinach so any dish with them in is ok by me.
Yum!
Edited to add...yes I know it's 8am but I woke too early with indigestion from last nights curry and can't get back to sleep! redface
Where does the dark go when you turn the light on ?
A genuine question asked of a friend by his four year old daughter some time ago!
Watching Yanks....for the gazillionth time!
...oh, and drinking a rather nice Merlot.
The sound of water, be it waves against the shore, or a stream or waterfall. Even the pouring rain.
Very calming effect.
This has been done before, but Mrs B's fan-bl sillyhwoar: dy-tastic pic....

Artist....Jack Vettriano...aka...the Dancing Butler.
Was reading a profile about him and came across them - am now after some prints. We're about to redecorate our bedroom and think these create the perfect atmosphere.
Share your fave erotic art, photo's, cartoons etc and share a bit about them and anything you know about their background.
Edited for obvious and not so obvious typo's and errors!! Too much wine with lunch!
Love these silly threads...thanks for ressurecting.

Abroad ( sorry this is such a wide scope! )
Ha ha.....I did wonder.
Actually, I prefer it to some earlier phones for making calls. They just got too small. Couldn't reach from ear to gob. N95 was fine, this is fine too......I loved my N95......
Blatant bumping, but I do love me camera!
Another structure...for water only, this time, but from a tad earlier.

i got the n95. love it but still gettimg used to it.
it does have fantastic 5 mp cam and 8gb memory and google maps and nokia maps etc etc
xx fem xx

I had the N95 before I got the iphone...in fact I'm running two simultaneously at the moment as I've not got round to sorting contracts/numbers....hey ho!
Love the camera on the N95 - it was the reason I got it......just a bit slow on the shutter speed.
However..as I mostly carry my proper camera/camera's I thought I was OK to switch....but can't help feeling a tad flat/let down/disappointed.
I do have the new geocaching application.....which is great for paperless caching!
....and a Crash Bandicoot game.....
....and a handy notepad.......
.....and it does make calls! ......

Sunday League side could do better than our over paid "Superstars"

I know they won but I had to quote this as it captures my feelings pretty much.
I didn't watch all of the match, watched the first half then went off to do stuff at half time and missed the miraculous change in fortune.
But what really pissed me off was the slagging off by both pundits and players of the fans that booed Ashley Cole - like they don't have the right to state their displeasure!
These guys are being paid a fecking fortune because they are the best of the best - fans pay to come and watch them playing and I think have a right to be vocal if they aren't performing. Rio Ferdinand sounded such a twat after the game.
Answering both directions of the thread....
I've a lovely Clarice Cliff Sharks Tooth dish that I adore.
Food wise....italian every time.....or a good thick hunk of red meat.
Harry says.....chillies....preferably a freshly cooked curry.
Gloria Estefan on one of the music channels.
'I know you're telling me the truth
I know it's just no use
But I can't stay away from you'

edited just to drag it on through the thread....cos its a work of ard.
Bikes are for riding.
Whether it be one of these beautiful feats of engineering that will potter around gently these days.....or a so-called plastic power ranger type bike.
At the end of the day, you ride what you do, based on your needs/wants as a rider.
I want to beat the arse off any bloke who thinks cos I'm on a jap 400 import that I'm beneath his top of the range 1000.
But at the same time, the old stuff has such style and class.
Harry would love an old Bonny, but heyho, I'd like a merc, a boob lift and a shopping spree in new york every weekend.
Join the queue, big boy!
The iphone.....a fad or a tool?
Well, I needed a new phone as mine had gone a bit odd....but what to get?
There was only one choice....the iphone.
Why? Well, because its all new and sparkly and people seem to be talking about it.
So....its a phone....it has wizzy swipey 'Minority Report' style functionality. You can download all sorts of games and applications and a great big screen to browse t'internet.
...but....the camera is crap, 2 megapixels and not a decent lens either, connectivity is rank....apparently a common apple theme, so bluetooth is very limited....and worse of all....despite t'internet, I can't get SH Chat!!
So, you choose, shiny spangly object, or a proper phone??
A long hot shower after a long day travelling....
The first whisky of the night.....
In the current financial crisis, knowing we've no debts, no mortgage, and little chance of redundancy in an industry in free fall.
Choklit....and lots of it....
Yep, found it after a wee bit of googling.
Also found a veritable wealth of cover versions of this song.
All good, but none so good as Bob Dylan, with Adele a worthy second best.

Lovely sentiments.
This vid, I think, is home made but very evocative.
When I first heard the song, I thought it sounded like a cover version. I'm on a mission now to hear the original.
Well....that didn't take long....a worthy version, but originals always win out.
Wotcha....we're great fans of home made liqueurs....and you can't beat mother nature!
We're turning into a right couple of foragers, this time of year we don't go anywhere without a couple of plastic bags to collect whatever we can find.
Brambles have been and gone and its just coming the right time for sloes!!! We make sloe gin, vodka and whisky. The gin and whisky are the best.
Favourite at the moment is bramble whisky....top juice!
drinkies
Edited to add a pic of the last batch.
Tomatoes coming thick and fast. Had two giant gorgeous beef toms with our steak for dinner this evening.
Lots of beans coming, not my fave, but Harry likes them.
After a very.....very delayed kick off, the chillies have finally come into their own. Can't wait 'til they start turning colour......beautiful.
Otherwise a generally poor summer again.....think I may invest in rice and plant up a paddy or two cool
Last weekend at home before the jolly hols.
Geocaching today, then a night in the chatrooms, methinks, tomorrow being devoted to sorting clothes etc for the hols.
Favourite toy was imaginary......a horse. Ma & Pa couldn't afford one, so I made it up. Galloping all over the local countryside, playground etc. Me and my horsey loving pals would spend hours on our imaginary gee gees. redface
