They were really nice people

Who would rather watch a child die than allow them a blood transfusion.
Yeah. Nice people.
L xxx
Not all JW are like that  My friend has had a number of operations throughout her life and all the family are JW,s. Depends on the family I think. My friend made her own mind up and her family supported her (she was 18 at the time).
I guess its the same with most religions, you pick out the bits that suit you??. The person who comes knocking my door said he had and would sign the documents so a member of his family could have a blood transfusion.
Once they start to play if one of my men :rascal: is crap can I change him for a better one??

Have they been back again, or do you think they are gone now?
biggrin

Think they have gone for good! I hope they have gone for good cos I'd hate to have to be rude to them to get rid of then lol
No need hun,
just invite them in to watch High School Musical, they'll never darken your door again!
:giggle: :karaoke: "we're all in this together...." lol

When I joined the site last week, I was thinking probably about 30 miles or so.
A week later and no meets, I'm thinking Uzbekistan :giggle:

We wouldn't go over say about 50 miles or so give or take a few miles, but only for logistical reasons, we have young children so its not easy to travel to far afield.
I would meet the next door neighbour if I fancied him wink

I'd never ever go commado again. Not after an unfortunate encounter between my fly and my foreskin.
There is only one thing worse than trapping yourself in a zip and that is the sure and certain knowledge that you have to release yourselff redface

Sorry mate, but I can top that... I have no foreskin and the results can be a little, errr, epithet-laden shall we say!
Oh theres worse still!
Try being an 18 year old lad, who has spent ages trying to win round new girlies parents.....and then you take her to the pub.......and....
you trap yer bit's in your flies whilst pointing percy. Theres blood everywhere.....one of your mates finds you, and drives you, injured percy and new girlie to A&E
It's saturday night.....it's busy.
You get seen, it gets bandaged.
But wait!
This is early 80's......you're wearing skin tight jeans. Bandaged percy won't fit back in.
Picture it, busy A&E on a Saturday night, you come out of the cubicle with your bandaged tackle hanging outside your jeans, to the horror of said girlie. It can't get worse, can it?
Until you then have to take girlie home & explain why she's two hours late back- with percy still peeking!

thats very true frex.....
I fancied someone, pre SH, and was on msn all the time for ages. chatting and flirting with them......then the novelty wore of and now its a pain in the arse to speak to them....and i just find them pushy and annoying now.

This happenend to me to mrs b it got to the point where I always just instantly went offline so they didn't even know I was online!!. Then I just explained I was no longer interested and deleted them and barred them from my msn.
Miss Kitty, I would just echo that others have said, report it to a mod if it gets to much, and be a little less trusting when it comes to giving out your contact details. kiss

Each player in the Premier League is awarded points on their performance for every game they play by someone(usually printed in the match reports in the paper)...
These points are used as the basis for your teams score..
e.g
If you pick Joe Bloggs as one of your team and he plays on saturday/sunday/whenever and gets awarded 6 points for his performance then you get 6 points
And its the same for every player in your team.
At least I think thats how it works :lol2:

Thanks steve  thought it was something like that.

I think Mrs B has been inside my head .
I find it amazing that so many people I have spoken to on this site seem to have self esteem/confidence issues myself included. Silly as it seems now I thought everyone would be uber confident!.
I think some people are probably disadvantaged when it comes to people approaching them for a meet, I for one would not approach someone who I thought was out of my league, I would send them some come and get me vibes telepathically and hope they received them :giggle:

Well there I was watching High School Musical for the second time this morning when there was a little rat a tat tat on the door, they were back after I had missed them last week!!.
I returned their book and explained that I was uninterested in their religion and that I was was happy ambeling through life without it.
They asked why and I told them that parts of the book they left me were in my opinion bollox (I didn't use the word bollox but can't think of a different word right now) especially the part where they will except no blood products!.
They think its a shame that I don't want any bible study lessons as they feel I have alot of unanswered questions... (I have an inquisitive mind). But I did it I said no thanks im not interested!. Oh and I also told them my mum would disown me if I joined their religion a little white lie never hurt anyone did it...!!!.

Whoooooah! Hold the phone!
You chose High School Musical over The Watchtower?
I'd call them back fast honey- you need help! :scared:
lol we have watched it 5 times in total today! It was the little ones birthday pressie, i've got High School Musical 2 to look forward to tomorrow!!.

Freckled lady here wave :rascal:
I do have a type looks wise that I go for, in men I like them bigish, shaved head! and Tall sillyhwoar:. Woman wise I like them womanly with curves in all the right places wink. Having said that someone who make me laugh and has that something that I couldn't put my finger on till I meet/talk to them is much more important and fanciable(is that even a word or did I just make it up?? confused ).
