i think a lot have had the same problems as yourself, only admin. can help you with an answer although if members who are no longer active where taken off .....if things changed in there life's and they wish to log back in, could they if admin. took them off?
for a few months i didn't log in, i only logged in over a 6 month period to check my mail now and then so i am glad admin. doesn't take inactive members off. soon once again i shall be busy in my personal life until April/May and i will only pop on and off again although this time i may try to post a thread now and then .... just in case you have given admin. an idea!
what is probably a good idea is to use the forum to give you an idea of who is active plus the chat rooms although chat rooms are not for every one
i would also like to point out that it is a good idea to think about the possibility of going to a munch (social party) which is a very good idea as they are a way to introduce yourself and others to you

which one of us is holding meaty down and which one is
him at the next munch : i like my job and i am more happy now than i was a few years ago due to changes in the work place i have been able to do some courses and move up the ladder a little although this has not meant more money luckily i don't care about money ...i am a 7 pound an hour person and i am rewarded most days with a hard day work and knowing i am one of a team that makes the wheel go round
like others i also do charity work although mine isn't every week ..i do charity challenges which brings in money for the charities, if i had more time on my hands i would do something small to help others each week. you could make this type of small change without changing your job but in putting some of your free time
the mean thing is to look at what you have and ask if you can maintain what you have if you lowered your income ...if the answer is yes then you are a lucky person and this should make it easier for you to choose, if the answer is no then think hard about what you would have to change in order to possible have a happier life in the working hours
as we do not know what your job is also think about the possibility that if your new choice doesn't work out would you be able to move back into the same type of job you left behind for a more full of happiness job?
