I think I can shed a little light here:
So with your permission:-
G-protein mutations have not been described in corticotophic systems. In view of the potential effects of adenylyl cyclase dysregulaton on POMC gene transcription, and the potential effects of gip on cell functions 32 corticotrophic adenomas for gsp and gip gene mutations using polymerase chain reaction followed by site-directed oligo nucleioteid hybridhdriization.
I hope this clears ups this matter once and for all.

There's another thread where I might put this but I can't think which it is right now.
However, here is proof that my local authority feel free to impose parking fines while ignoring regulations themselves. It makes my blood boil .

How do I make photos fit properly? It's starting to make me as mad as the council makes me

You mean I can put my name down now?
Or do I have to log on at 11pm tomorrow?
I don't think I will be able to log on at 11pm tomorrow (I hope) so count me now please.

We "came out" as a threesome just about a year ago. We don't disguise it at all. The only people who don't know about us (as far as I know) are my three children who are all grown up and my mother. They probably do know but never mention it. Not my mother.
When we came out the reaction was quite different between men and women. The men just wanted to know "Why pick a stranger when I was around" or some variation on that but my girl friends want to know much more of the mechanics of it. How it all works or hangs together.

I don't advertise. I do sometimes display pictures here. I don't ever try to disuguise my appearance.
Each to his own. Whatever you are comfortable with.

Love Hearts,
Why has nobody mentioned "Love Hearts"? I wanted to wrap up a tube for Tom at one of our first Christmases and I couldn't find one anywhere. So disappointed.

This is one of my bees which buzz most strongly. Somehow, the media, the police and us seem to think drink is the problem. I don't think it is.
When I see those pictures of town centres on a Saturday night - I see a school playground. And I was a Dinner Lady for many years so I know about school playgrounds.
I don't know how it came about but somehow we have allowed children to do just what they want without any discipline.
Why should we suddenly expect them to become responsible adults when they get to eighteen? Well, they won't. They've had a lifetime of school playground culture and they don't know they have to become adults. Why grow up if you can continue being Peter?
I know this is a generalisation but I'm certain I've got the essence of what's wrong. We need more discipline for children.

Oh, I agree about the Germans. I have never been offended by them but they take every opportunity to get their kit off. There is a park in Munich called, I think, The English Gardens where office workers will go nude even at lunch-times.

I'm not good with those white boxes so I can't reply as I would like to have done.
I am a naturist and used to be a member of what was then called the "Central Council of British Naturism" which seems now to have changed its name to BN.
With one or two minor exceptions I have never been involved in public nudity in Britain.
The mention of Sydney Harbour. There were two "official" nudist beaches in Sydney Harbour. Reef Beach on the northern side and another on the sourthern side whose name I can't remember but near South Head. Public niudity on Reef Beach was banned a few years ago because of male homosexual activity. So now, as far as I know, there is only one beach in Sydney which is "officially" nudist. The one near South Head.
When we travel in Europe we try to use nudist beaches exclusively. This year 2005, we spent a lot of time in the North West. We asked about nudist beaches but we were told by tourist offices that there are no nudist beaches in Brittany. So we didn't go nude but I did go topless.
On the Med coast and down to the south-west you could almost believe that nudity is compulsory. But often, when you go on to the beach there will be a sign pointing one way "Plage" and the other way "Plage Naturiste". So you have, often, a choice.
I have no idea about the perves in dunes in Britain but I can tell you that in the nearly ten years that I have been going nude in France I have never seen any activity you could call offensive or even uncomfortable. No sexual activity.
Spain - there are nudist beaches to the north of Barcelona.
Portugal - I've been told public nudity is ilegal but there are nudist beaches.
I hope to find out about other countries in the future. Perhaps because public nudity is more "normal" in France then "perving" is a British disease.

I do Sunday Dinner on Saturdays. I send the boys out to the pub (I'd love to bug them and find out what they talk about) and I get great satisfaction sitting them down to the full meal. Yorkshire Pudding doesn't just have to be with roast beef. It goes just as well with chicken and, for all I know, lamb and pork too. We'll be havng Yorkshire Pudding at Christmas too. And, yes, I make my own.
Mint sauce. I've given up on that. I grew it in the garden and it just spread like weeds so I got fed up with it and dug it out. Well, actually, I made Tom dig it out.

Up to now I was a fence-sitter - and maybe still will be. But the stuff I was putting up and the photos were for the community here.
Now I'm feeling a bit anxious. Are my photos here or as soon as I delete them from ImageShack do they disappear from here?
I'll find out in about two minutes

Ever since I joined I wondered who paid for the site. I know a lot of voluntary work helped. I imagined that the site was run by a genius (Mark) who had it hidden it on a huge computer - like BT, say or ICI, or some such.
I can't help feeling that our ring-tone owners will not provide free membership forever.
Premium membership? Will it be long before "ordinary" membership is not woth having?
Sorry - I'm not keen on change. And I'm only a part-time member.

Phredd,
