Absolutely loved it, work in the venue that "Babylon" was based on, know the writer and some of the actors, went to college/drama classes with the girl from series 1 (nathans' best mate) and generally the whole series reflects my life, living and working on the scene in Manchester. Yep, I love it!
Do I not get a choice then?
Hmmm and I choose.......... (ok who wants to bribe me?)
I may be up for a few drinks when I get back to Manc, let me know what your up to. Will be having an early night tho, ready for work the next day.
Two Chinese symbols on my right shoulder, one means woman and the pther means strength/courage. This was got at a difficult itme and was a very personal affirmation, as well as looking nice.
Next will be getting something celtic, not sure what or where yet, I may commision a design as would like something original or may just deisgn my own.
Oh and yes I like them on other people too, but not so keen when they're everywhere.
Happy 1st year anniversary! Here's to another year!
seconds on 5th go, this is going to become addictive, I can just tell!
We generally tip in what is senerally lower paid front line service industry jobs, where we get a personal service from someone, ie bar staff, wait staff etc.
I worked for 7 years behind bar in a club earning minimum wage, but was very good at it and loved the job, I always made good tips because of the personal service I provided, for going over and byond what was neccessary to the role, be it an extra smile, replacing drinks that were spilled, remember a previous round ect.
I nearly always tip 15% of the bill n restaurants, and 50p - £1 in bars, the only exception is if the service from the waiting /bar staff has been bad.
Welcome to you, hope you have fun.
Ps - you do know there's no escape now, so say goodbye to your free time and hello addiction!
