You been reading to many newspapers neil. i know a person who has returned from the front line only last month, who wished what you say was true, but he stated to me your comments are rubbish and typical of someone with zero knowledge of how things work out there. he asks can you supply any real evidence of the factual content of your comment? not a newspaper clip but actual facts from real sources.

Oh dear. I'm not gonna link directly to the stuff Starlight, cos some people maybe won't appreciate me putting up videos that once seen cannot be unseen while they eat their breakfast. How about you try Googling 'afghanistan apache gun video ied' Starlight, see what you come up with. Lots of videos of exactly the kind of attack I'm talking about taken from an Apache gun cam and released by the ( mostly American ) army no less. Theyr'e not fake mate.
to suggest what you suggest above, is typical of people who sit on their leather chairs at home, writing what can only be described as 100% bullshite.

And your post demonstrates a failure to properly apply the imagination and empathise even a tiny bit with what must be going through a man's mind as he prosecutes what he believes is the defence of his country with the only weapons he has available, in a completely one-sided conflict he has not a hope in hell's chance of winning outright militarily. Only little wit can excuse your complete failure to comprehend the realities of the situation.

well i would say that the Taliban who creep out in the dead of night to plant IEd's to blow up and kill and maim our troops are cowards indeed.

Rubbish. For an IED to be effective it needs to be in an area where coalition forces are operating else it's completely pointless. These are areas patrolled and monitored by regular infantry and special forces sniper teams, supported by mobile armour and occasional air cover from AC-130s and Apaches. You seen what a 30mm chain gun round fired from an Apache equipped with FLIR night vision up to 3 miles out does to a human being? There's a video on the internet of Iraqi journalists being tossed around like rag dolls if you're interested. A man who braves a death like that in what he believes is defence of his country is in no way a coward. That may be an unpopular view cos we do like to have these nice, easy, little boxes to put the 'bad guys' in, don't we, but the man's got balls, plain and simple. To suggest otherwise is ludicrous.

The phrase "making a mountain out of a molehill" comes to mind.

Hahahaha! Looking at the previous topless pics from 2006 ( damn, the girl loves getting 'em out! lol ) it would appear she's lost a good deal of weight. It's Lady Diana all over again!

Of course I confess to having a short attention span, but having listened to four bars and a fart for the first minute I kind of lost the will to live. Good enough for a party but not for listening pleasure.

lol
I guess you need to have experienced the fists-in-the-air euphoria that goes with cutting some rug and throwing shapes to stuff like this first time round late 80s / early 90s to really appreciate it. I just get a mahoosive grin all over my face when I come across something either really old school I remember from back then, or something new that's the kind of quality dance music I'd have appreciated. It's all a bit Pavlov's dogs I guess, certain pathways seared forever into my brain. You're probably gonna absolutely hate this:
Errors - Pleasure Palaces
From 'Have Some Faith In Magic', latest album from sometime Mogwai collaborationists Errors and it's living up to expectations, doesn't disappoint. Errors just get better and better. This track my favourite so far, strongest on the album I think. Quality tune. Cracking vid too.

Maybe those that don't put a preferred age range for their contacts are not too bothered about age, and are willing to judge people on other criteria.

^This^. If someone has a strictly specific age range and would not consider anyone outside it then yes, they should probably put it on. Personally I prefer to take people on their merits and have found that I've sometimes been surprised to find myself attracted to people who did not necessarily fit what used to be a fairly narrow aesthetic ideal. If I'd dismissed someone out of hand purely on a strict criteria kinda basis ( not specifically age related ) I'd have missed some rather interesting experiences. Quite an eye-opener for me that was. My criteria has become somewhat broader than it once was because of that.
Why does it have to be specifically a 'mature woman' kinda thing. Could be more to do with the fact that regardless of age altogether you look pretty damn hot on your profile than it is an older woman thing per se. Just sayin'. ;)
Have to admire his cajones too ... takes some big ones to head into battle ..

From the safety of an Apache gunship armed with stand-off weaponry against opposition who's weapons of choice are mainly AK-47s, IEDs and suicide bombers? How big do your balls have to be to engage in completely asymmetric warfare like that, d'you reckon?
As for 'filthy 3rd world cowards', the statement reveals a very great deal about your attitudes. They are not ones I would be all that quick to reveal in polite company were I to hold them.
Squeeeeeeeee! lol Wow Rob, so cute! They're adorable. 14 of 'em eh? Sounds a right handful, or will be in a few weeks anyways. They're the singing Walls Sausage advert dog aren't they?

It's a ikkle border collie. We already have a black and white one, this one is red and white (but it looks quite blonde). He looks like a ikkle baby polar bear!!

Aw cool, possibly my favourite type, or top 3 anyways. Had a border collie / lab cross a good few years back. He was nuts, absolutely barking ( Sorry! rolleyes ) but super personality, worshipped the ground we all walked on, boundless energy and enthusiasm for the daftest things. Hope you like long walks Funlovers cos you ain't ever tiring him out that's for sure! ;) Enjoy.
Neil, feel free to hijack if you have something new!

OK then, but only to put Cubes out of his misery . . . . .
I am an UNCLE! biggrin:cool::D:cool::D My sister brought two beautiful little boys into the world on Saturday. I can't remember when I've ever been so happy. I've hardly known what to do with it all weekend, bursting out sobbing every time a new pic comes through to me Facebook ( She's 150 miles away. ) and laughing me bleedin' head off all at the same time. Best. Feeling. Ever! Can't wait till I get down there at the weekend and get to have a little hold of 'em. :D:love::D:love::D

Excellent! Smarmy little shit he is, look at the discomfort on his smarmy little face! For a moment I thought I could see a vague glimmer of something approaching shame there, but the camera pulled away too fast. Probably just wind anyways. rolleyes Surprised the boos weren't louder though TBQH?
Would never tire of slapping it Dino, and if I ever did I'd make sure I had a small army of relief workers at my beck and call to keep on slapping it while I went off for a Greggs and had a bit of a kip for an hour before coming back on shift. Oh yes.
Puppieeeeees!!!!! Pic request for awwing and cooing purposes formally put in Funlovers. Kthx. smile
Is this the sharing recent additions thread? I've been dying to put a thread up I have. Fit to bursting with excitement kinda thread. Why I'm up posting at stupid o'clock when I should be sleeping with work in an hour 'n 'alf. No good, not happening. Worried it might be a bit self-indulgent, putting a whole thread up, like fishing a bit, you know? Now I'm worrying if I post it here it might be a bit hijacking of your thread? What to do? T'is most troubling. confused I think I'll just post this for now:

Needed some toons for my car for when driving to & from Manc last night/this morning, so asked my man to put together a messy mix for me this is what he put to cd for me.

Yeah, some solid stuff there Toots. Old school. Like it. ;) You in to your Progressive House at all? Here's a little playlist I put together just this very evening. Some stormingly good stuff with a real ecstatic, psychedelic edge to it, even if I do say it myself. Wrapped a great big euphoric grin round my chops anyways, had me bopping along and snapping the fingers out to 'em like a good 'un.
Shiftone - Our Shining Faces
Shiftone - Thai Spa (Schodt Remix)
Arthur Deep, Shiftone - Freedom (Soundprank 'Smashed Glass' Mix)
I'm loving everything I'm hearing by Shiftone right now. Wonderfully melodic, epically euphoric stuff. Just magnificent.
This is just filthy dirty. Properly erotically powerful vocal and energy. Seriously sexy stuff:
Andrew Chalov feat. Alexandra Krischtopa — Snowy Longing (Parallax Breakz Remix)
Flashtech - Granulated (Ilya Mosolov Remix)
Tuxedo - Pandemium (LoQuai Remix)
The build on this is immense:
Monojoke - Surreal Things (Parallax Breakz Remix)
Flashtech - Granulated (Ilya Mosolov Remix)
And just for the big finish, with what must be one of THE most insanely trippy basslines with the absolute biggest breaks ever put to disc:
Heatbeat - Rocker Monster (Original Mix)

We're truly not worthy of such multi-layered wit Staggers, but I appreciated it anyways.
I've been known to keep me socks on once in a while. I like to think it says I was so eager for the sexual delights awaiting me I couldn't wait to get properly nekkid. Got the necessary exposed and no more. It's a kind of compliment if you will.
The body does most things for a reason and there would be no reason for a secondary type of male orgasum.

It's not necessarily a secondary type of orgasm as such. The dorsal nerve that serves the penis, the posterior scrotal nerves, and the perineal nerves ( i.e. the nerves responsible for all those pleasureable sensations when someone sucks on your balls or licks your perineum while wanking you off for instance. ) are branches off of the pudendal nerve, the whole nerve bundle running across the prostate. Maybe the heightened orgasm is to do with the fact you're effectively stimulating the nerves serving all three erogenous zones, cock, balls and perineum simulaneously, whereas ordinarily you might only be stimulating one set or the other at any one time to produce orgasm.
I don't think it's possible to say which physical acts are, and aren't by definition kinky, not in a way that's universal. Kink involves an intellectual appreciation that you're somehow transgressing a norm, whether that's what could be broadly considered a societal norm, or a much more personal and individual 'what's previously been normal for me?' kinda thing. It's completely subjective and changes over time.
Dean's 'just remember its only KINKY the first time' looks jokey but it's an absolute truism in that respect. Something that seems kinky in the beginning ceases to be so once it's become part of your sexual repertoire and normalised.
Quote by Robert400andKay
I am heavily involved in UK politics (hence no picture on my profile) and can say without doubt that there is no real difference between the main parties because all the rules, regulations and directives come from Brussels. That is why I work for another party (NOT the BNP) wanting to regain our independence.

I put the sameness of the two parties down to their evolution, and survival in the same 'ecosystem'. As an example compare a Dolphin and a Fish whilst they are very different animals, they look the same externally because the both have to survive in the sea ......
To grow big in the current UK political system a party's policies have to appeal to the masses, and compete effectively in the world economy. Taking the point about competing in the world economy I do wonder if we really have much choice about being a part of Europe?
Yeah, pretty much. It's international finance and the power multi-national companies have over our national economy that most ties the Govt's hands, whatever their colour. The latest recession(s) are an object lesson in that, surely? confused To pretend that life in the UK would be vastly ( underlined for emphasisis ) different were we to withdraw / renegogiate our treaty obligations is either intellectually dishonest at best, or downright deluded.
It's absolutely not a myth. It's perfectly possible to orgasm through prostate stimulation alone. The orgasm produced is very different to that normally experienced, it being a whole-body type orgasm with an enormous head-rush that completely wipes me out and leaves me reeling, as opposed to the more common orgasm which really is just centred mainly around the genital area.
Iamsilence, you tried the type prostate massagers yet? Excellent piece of kit. Put pressure on the prostate directly and via the perineum externally. Completely hands free too: just contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor is enough for the rocking motion to produce a long, slow build. Can take a while to come that way but when you do, boy you'll know about it I promise you! You can always use the handle to get a bit more vigourous if you start getting impatient.
Quote by Too Hot
Will someone please tell me about this socialist party .... the last one I remember was led by Michael Foot and died in the 80's

My better half has more than a passing knowledge of true socialism being a product of the former USSR.
With all due respect to her Too Hot, no she doesn't. What she has experience of is Stalinism. That is not the same thing as Socialism at all. It would be more correct to refer to the economic / political / social system under which she lived as State Capitalist, as demonstrated by the ease with which a free-market system was re-introduced after the collapses of '89-91 when what was essentially an internal market under State control was opened back up to outside economic influences.
If the Soviet Union had been a truly Socialist society the re-introduction of a Capitalist economic system would have required a revolutionary re-organisation of the entire political and economic system. As it was the state machinery including in large part the personnel running it were hardly touched because the system was already ordered top-down by a ruling elite, just like in Capitalist socieities. That's the polar opposite of the way in which a 'true' Socialist state works, ordered from the bottom-up.
Beloved socialist party? What socialist party was that Star? You mean Labour? Hahahahaha! No!
I think what I was driving at is that finally even Tory voters are waking up to the fact that the Govt they thought would serve their best interests do not act for them, and don't give a shit about little people like us. Pretty obvious now who they're in bed with, but we've always known that to be the case on the left. At long last even the right are getting that now that they're feeling a bit more working poor themselves.
We've had 30 odd years of neo-liberalism from Tories and Labour alike. cos that's what people said they wanted, or were 'brainwashed' into believing that's what they wanted. Turned out well for us all that one, eh? ;)
Joking how? That people have finally clued into the fact that their priveleges ain't so valuable all of a sudden now they're the one's being kicked, as opposed to being the ones doing the kicking? Not sure I fully understand your lack of understanding Star. Please expand.
Good to see that even Daily Mail readers are finally getting it. One wonders though how it feels to realise that actually, the so-called middle classes were always working class, and every bit as shitable on as the people they've been encouraged to despise for so long. Kind of ironic really, what with their actively supporting Govts wot took my local community apart, like it was a good thing, but seem not to like it so much when the same thing happnes to theirs. Difficult to sympathise sometimes, but whatever, welcome to the real world at last. What took you so long?
Yeah Joe, there's always a lull in the summer months, or has been as long as I've been here anyways. Reasons as per Jed's post. Most have better things to be doing in good weather than spending every waking hour on here, hopefully putting the hornier than a dog with two dicks sunshine thing to good use! Never felt the need for internets and third parties and such like so much once the weather came more conducive for a little al fresco by the sea or under trees and warm skies with the S.O. Swinging's maybe more of a winter activity when you might need the warmth of a few extra bodies in bed of a night? ;)

Yup. Though there'd be less to wipe down if you didn't get so hot and sticky on 'em in the first place! ;)
MincePie, it's not leather sofas per se. It's cream leather sofas more specifically, apparently? Luckily for me mine's nearer beige than cream. I'd so hate to be a stereotype! :P

Hey CQ! Come Together's good. The original version of the Primal's Come Together would probably work too. Not overly bothered about the emphasis on coming together mind. Far as I'm concerned any orgasm's a good one, who cares about the timing? ;)

It would seem that while the software and systems are indeed UK based RBS have outsourced maintenance of the critical piece of batch processing software that failed to Indian teams in recent years. Nothing especially wrong with the Indian IT industry, but it's relatively young. Whether programmers and sysadmins brought up on C++ and real-time systems are the best people for the job when the system in question goes back to 1980 and is running on machines for which most of the software is still written in mainframe assembly language and COBOL is a question that probably should have been asked. I suspect the question previously got lost somewhere when RBS management realised they could sack the experienced UK staff who'd been supporting it for over 30 years and hire instead recent Indian IT graduates for as little as £9-10000 a year. rolleyes
Good article on the failure in today's Guardian. The comment pages are even more enlightening.
I may have a copy kicking around here somewhere. A borrowed one I hasten to add. I wouldn't have gone out and actually bought it, honest! Not actually started it as yet, and remains to be seen if I go out and buy the two sequels on the back of it like. You never know? I probably wouldn't ordinarily have bothered with it at all, especially seeing as the girl across the office has done nowt but bang on and on about it for weeks apparently getting increasingly worked up by the thing. She's unwittingly planted one or two mental images that I'd rather not have floating around my head thanks, the erotic potential of a well-written scene most likely now ruined forever . . . . evil
Still, a copy has fallen into my lap. Gotta read it now really, purely in the interests of being down with popular culture and what have you though, obviously. A bit like watching the audition stages of X-Factor so you know who everyone's on about later, you know, something like that.
