While chopping up the veg and sausages for my casserole today for tea, I was thinking "wow, what a learning curve this has been for me, learning to cook then the whole timing of it when cooking multiple things".
I could never cook til I met the mr, he taught me sooo much about how to live, which I am so very thankful for. he's taught me how to cook so many things! When I first started cooking, I would always cry "oh Ive fooked this up, ur gonna hate it, Im trying so hard, but it's just not working! :-("
5 years on, I'm sooo proud of myself and my cooking. Im not great, but Im god damn good to what i used to be like.
It made me think about the learning curves life throws at us.
What learning curves has life thrown at you? Ones u are still enduring or look back and make u proud as punch
For me it has to be cooking and generally how to live.
