if we was to do anything dodgy or want to keep what we do or what sites we visit we use google chrome's incognito window which does not allow cookies to be stored or any personal information on the pc. the down side is that it does not keep ou logged in once the window is closed .. good thing or bad thing depends on if you wanted to stay logged in i suppose

Glad you got your's sorted out....but always treat with suspicion any communication which refers to your passwords or other security information, and NEVER CHANGE SECURITY INFORMATION VIA A LINK...always close the communication and go to the site in question directly from your home page.

we went to nudist beaches on mallorca last summer ... very liberating and if you dont wear clothes your the one that feels odd lol. even if when you go you still unsure kust wear a bikini or swimsuit no one will care either way... just like here in clubs etc some ladies like sex naked some prefer to keep some sort of clothing on

yes mids like us you met swinging rather than 1 brought up the subject. its the total lifestyle we love not just the sex, although that great if thats all you want from swinging but i (sara) do prefer the social side .. far too many times i have had to be reminded of the time as can normally be found chatting to people in the social areas of a club or party lol.
its the people who swing that feel it will 'fix' the relationship that i was more curious about ... has it worked for you or as i suspect it drove them further apart and even lead to separation.

but in the main is it boredom (for want of a better word) of the same partner that those couples who swing start to swing after a length of time being monogamous or just the adventure of something new and exciting , that they plan to give up once the spark has been relit

was chatting this morning to a friend who is a swinger or at least was a single female swinger and it got me thinking of why we swing.
she has stopped swinging because she got into a relationship (fair enough) but the question has cropped up, after the first lustful few months when things settle into a routine and you settle into each other, when does it become ok to let your eyes wander and what if they dont like you looking but look themselves.
why do couples swing, is it because things have become stagnant at home, 1 or the other has become bored, 1 has a higher sex drive than the other. i know some will think that its strengthening their relationship but is that 1 thinking or both came to that conclusion.
we swing as a couple because that is how we met, its become our lifestyle and we have a lot of friends not just people we have sex with. not all our friends are swingers but they know and are accepting that is just us. we do not have to have sex with others when we go out swinging just as we do not have to have a drink if we go to a family or friends party.
the conversation with my friend just got me thinking why do other couples who swing and were 'vanilla' beforehand. was it boredom crept into the bedroom and it just brings extra excitement back, have you always been a swinger no matter your relationship status.

i think it depends on how you use the internet as well .... we do a lot of downloading and sky have unlimited use where as bt say its unlimited but if you go over the limit more than twice they restrict the internet between 5 and midnight. tesco has a half decent package for a decent price and always found their customer service excellent

i know of 1 female who used to but since being in a relationship has since stopped attending. there were a few regular doggers who looked out for her safety, and would advise getting to know a few of the regulars at the places you want to visit by just going down and chatting before getting involved in what goes on. and when you leave keep a watchfull eye on anyone following you

Lily Robinson wrote a letter to the supermarket chain telling bosses their patterned loaf should be renamed giraffe bread.
The letter, sent in May 2011, was received by Sainsbury's customer manager Chris King, who loved Lily's ideas.
He replied: 'Renaming tiger bread giraffe bread is a brilliant idea - it looks much more like the blotches on a giraffe than the stripes on a tiger, doesn't it?
He went on to explain the origins of the bread's name, saying: 'It is called tiger bread because the first baker who made it a looong time ago thought it looked stripey like a tiger. Maybe they were a bit silly.'
Mr King also enclosed a £3 voucher 'to buy some tiger bread (and maybe if mum and dad say it is OK you can get some sweeties too!)', signing his letter 'Chris King (age 27 & 1/3)'.
Lily's mother posted the letters on her blog and this week the exchange went viral after being posted on a number of social networks.

Yesterday, the supermarket chain decided to trial the name change, implementing it in stores across the country.
A spokesman for the store said: ‘In response to overwhelming customer feedback that our tiger bread has more resemblance to a giraffe, we will be changing our tiger bread to giraffe bread and seeing how that goes.’

There is a translator on the website page so that you can view it in English (clever how all the european clubs tend to do that but the British clubs don't)
