ive tried to spend time in chat, ive really tried in the NW and the yorkshire rooms.....ive never quite felt part of it though, i tend to be quite straight talking and i answer whispers in the main room, i also tell people that im not interested when they ask...its called honesty....its often mistaken for being rude i think?

i'd go with the cold water theory actually, i will see if i can find the stuff i read up about it...i drink about 4-6 litres a day and have been following a low GI diet and ive lost 6 and a half stone :shock:
