Jude, relax, don't take this personally, this is nothing against you and infact looking at your ads, doesn't effect any of yours. I have no problem being wrong, infact it would be great smile

my sole aim is to try and ensure people who use this site and love it don't get their time wasted and their emails spammed by fake users with an alterior motive.
i gain nothing from deletion of ads you must understand jude. am merely speaking as a professional programmer who has experiance of creating automatic scripts and forums.
I apologise if i have not been clear with my intentions, but it is not to hinder the site, it is to try and improve the user experiance.

Oh wonderful, delete ads on your assumption that they MAY be fake. Yea right. Lets stop the common cold from spreading in the UK by killing all those that are already infected now? It MAY work. Lovely idea that is!

That probably would work to cure the cold if ALL infected were removed before being able to reinfect others.
But deleteing potentially fake ads is hardly comparable to a mass cull of humans. But thank you for your constructive comments :)

To be honest Jude, your reply kinda helps my theory, none of your posts have rnrn in them even though you claim they are copied.
imo it is not due to being copied, it's just not the kind of error i'd expect from an assumption i am making on the site coding. if anything you will get strange spacing, not letters put in.

i would understand if this error was on OLD adverts, but not new ones....
also if an add is copied from somewhere and pasted, then it's clearly a little dodgy wouldn't you say?

Hi I'm Suzy, 37 married and 's what I want....rnrnFOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONSrnrnI want men and possibly women who have a digital or phone cam to volunteer to be my camera slave.

if you look at the above example of an advert, the rnrn are there to be seen, they are ment to be new lines (the equivelent of pressing enter). This is either a big bug in the system, which i very much doubt, as it would effect all of the ads not just a selection, or someone is posting fake automated adverts.
most of the adverts that have these tend to seem a little far fetched anyway...
imo, they are worth avoiding, but at the very least i would love for admins to have a look at the reason for this and clarify if my theory is correct smile

Just a quick pointer to both site users and site admin, but adverts that contain "rnrn" or just "rn" could be fake scripted ads that get places on the site automaticly, they could have a small problem with their script which is ommitting the slash (as the command for a new line is slash rn) thus leaving it within the script.
so should you notice ads like this i'd suggest admin's "validate" them and users avoid/report them smile

Hiya Steve,
There is a Private Gallery section that will make certain pictures that you chose only seen by people you allow. by clicking on "My Photos" you will see your pictures. for each photo you can select "is Public" or "is Private". select the relevent one for your photo depending how you want it to be viewed smile

true the site changes, it's really hard to keep something the same for a long time, especially when you expect new people to join (and especially at the rate they do here), sometimes you say enough is enough, it's too different for me now.
i ran a community for 5/6 years, and one day i decided it was enough for me and that was it. Things change, people change, you either find something else that fits what you want or adapt to the changes.
Am sure Rob will be back though biggrin

Well the only way i've really ever got women is through dancing, i go out there and do my thing ;) and to be honest it gives you the stamina, flexibility and pleanty of moves that you can really use during love making.

to help you i need some information first:
a) what browser are you using?
b) if using firefox or equivelent - do you have an anti advertising blocker i.e. Adblock
if the image id is shown and not the image this can be due to the fact that the user has not placed the image into the email correctly (not your fault) they just did not place the img tag.
But my prediction is an adblocker on firefox browser....

Unfortunatly for people who post emails on sites, i am one of those evil people who has helped spammers :S we have been paid countless times to create the most advanced harvesters.
basicly someone sticks a keyword into the system and it will go out to every site relating to the word, and scan for emails.
and this includes all the "hidden" emails such as (dot), dot, at, etc etc....
my tip to anyone, don't post your email anywhere, why would you biggrin

unless u want spam, only give emails to people that should recive them rather than placing them publicly.
i also recommend two email addys, one that you sign up to stuff with and can freely give out. and one that is personal. once anyone reaches personal status with you, give them the main email. that's a great way to stay spam free :D
what the problem with using the site messenger, you're still sent an email telling you that you recived a message, so it's not like you miss it. I think it is by far more secure and logical for both the poster AND the reader. as a reader i would pretty much always avoid people placing their emails in the ad. I just don't trust it nor see the point.

on a more serious note, what i really want for christmas is for my girlfriend to be happy, regain her smile and get some christmas spirit. this is our first christmas and apparently she's always misrebale for some reason over christmas. makes me sad sad
