Has anyone ever been to a school re-union?
I went to one last year as most of us were reaching the big 4 0 and it was great to see people i hadn't seen since leaving almost 25 yrs ago.
Some had hardly changed but some looked ancient
which was quite sobering, then later on into the night i was introduced to one of my old teachers, she was an old form teacher who i'd always had a bit of a thing for, along with every other boy in our year. It was wierd to see how she'd changed, at school we all wanted to shag her but now we were asking if she was ok and was the music too loud ! God how things change

I'm a new member to the forum, but been using the photo ads for a while and met some lovely people, a few of which have become good friends. Hope to make a few more on here. Been reading through some of the posts and noticed the guy who's wife had left after 17yrs of marriage (i think he was called Les) Well i'm sure there are a few on here been through it, i know i have, and in time he'll get through it.

Hi just joined the forum although i've been a member of SH for a while, a few locations around our area that me and the now ex used to go to are the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX just off the A1, also a bit further down towards scotch corner are a few places. Not a great deal goes on around Sunderland, shields anymore but another good place is up past the airport XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX .

Actually, no, it does not help when people post exact locations along with names of pubs on the Internet. It encourages all range of nutters to turn up! It also doesn't help the moderators of this site who are sick of idiots who cannot be bothered to read the rules. I suggest you do just that before you post again.
