All the munch organisers who have made my life so special through their hard work. I would name you all individually but there so many special peeps. Having to chose a name there is one person who just brings so much personality to this site and munches. The one and only marmalade and if I needed a name of someone who has just impacted across SH it has to be him.

OK hols out the way, PC rebuilt, will be finishing this off in next couple of weeks so final call for pics please. All those who have yours in already don't worry, I backed everything up before the rebuild so all safe smile

The calendar here is 90% complete, it is just adding in the male pic for each month and final testing that I got all the links right. Should be with us by early December for last ok from peeps then we can have it as an xmas gift to rest of the SH membership.

I thought Tamiflu was a basic broad spectrum antiviral agent, not a vaccine? LIke anti biotics, but effective against viruses. I know we do have some anti virral drugs these days, thats what they use against shingles for starters.
A vaccine would take a few months to be produced, once you had some of the infectious agent to produce it from. On radio last night the basic desdription of a flu vaccine was breed loads of virus and then kill it. Take whats left and inject it to trip the immune system and build resistance. The yearly vaccines are done that way, with doctors second guessing which varients will be strongest in a few months, and targeting them. Problem with flu is it changes slightly every time it replicates, so it is a moving target for a vaccine. Apparently all the flu viruses came from birds, they just got a foothold in the human population.
As for the newest bird flu, still no guarentee it will cross the gap. As was said on thought for the day, maybe we should focus more on the real viruses that are killing millions and worry less on those that might. confused

Watcher here, and last (and only) club I went to I watched, I chatted, I had a great time and came home feeling wonderful. So while playing must be a great release I will keep that between Mrs TnH and myself, watch, learn and pass on to her later that day :lickface:
Also in the club were a few dedicated peeps who enjoyed, really enjoyed being watched... wow was that fun for all concerned silly

Or if reboot not working, switch to the old tracert...
Go to a command line and type:
tracert
The SH site seems not to respond to pings, however if you only see a couple of hops you not getting outside your network. May help trace it. Mine gets up to hop 22 before timing out, I assume at the SH server.
I would guess the routes table on PC 2 is confused as to network settings of some sort, so try:
ipconfig/all
Compare the output of DNS Servers between working and non working PC. Also default gateway.
Um er, guessing a lot as I can't see the PC. Hope you sort it.

Well I think I have sent about 5 or 6 compliment only PM's in my time here, always well received.
