the nw munch was also our first munch too, we felt so nervous and shy but we did go to pre munch drinks and that really helped as we got to meet a few people who were a good laugh and invited us to join them at the munch.... we also met a cpl who we went for drinks with after pre munch drinks and before the munch, we would certainly recomend pre munch drinks to break the ice.... once we were at the munch we had arranged to have a chaperone... who were great...we chatted and still felt free to wander and meet people safe in the knowledge that if we had no one to talk to we could make our way back to them... it felt like a great safety net and we would certainly recommend you have a chaperone..oh and vodka red bull helped too lol... hope this helps, see you at the wigan munch

i sign into chat room and all is well for first few minutes and then the screen goes blank and the names are faded and i have to close and wait 5 minutes to get back in.....
fustrated now... only ever get to say hello many many times today and then lost all the connection......arrrgggghhhhh
not very computer literate....so if any one can help could you translate computer jargon into english first.....
