same here - tried aol browser and can access all the site but chat room is just greyed out. Tried IE and that cant even find S/H site ! ... Then tried Mozilla and even that cant find site.
Also unable to access you tube if thats any help to anyone.
There are no firewall problems,even re-installed flash player.....had another can of lager - even that didnt work - so best stick to the lager
we're still having exactly same problems as you wakey and tried everything you have plus anything else we could think of, very fed up with it now
we have been trying most of the afternoon to access the site on both I.E and another browser we usually use, site wouldn't even load, have just been able to access site via aol browser but unable to access chat at all.

was just wondering if there are any probs with chat, we have been having a few little glitches recently that are more annoying than serious
seem to lose chatroom emoticons, so thought i'd log out of chat (as per instructions) then when i try going back in am told i got to wait 5 bloody minutes, seems to only happen after i lose emoticons though.... weird or what?
can anyone help?
