Who can be in your cam ?

hi there
who can go on your cam with you ?
ie - a cpls profile does that mean the cpl ?
ie - a single guys profile the single guy ?
ie - a single fem ?
can you have a member of this site on the cam with you ?
ie - lee and i and another person ?

Using or viewing webcams:
By using a webcam you give consent for others to watch what is displayed on it
You fully understand that other members can see what you display on it
No one that is, or appears to be under the age of 18 can be displayed on cam
You should only display yourself, if you have someone else on the cam they should consent to these rules, if you show someone else on cam and they have not consented to these rules your account may be deactivated.
No illegal activities are allowed to be undertaken or displayed on cam
No minors can be viewed on cam even if it a baby etc in the background
Playing any type of video across your web cam is strictly prohibited
You must not leave web cams unattended for more than 10 minutes
Webcams facing towards TVs, Lamps, or other household objects will be considered unattended after 10 minutes.

how does someone consent to the rules? how would ops know one way or another? i think im reading it right, i can have third parties on cam with us ...

i think im reading it right, i can have third parties on cam with us ... I have also read it that way but Im sure one of the experts from Chat will be along shortly to answer in more detail (I was only showing off cause I knew where the T&C's where) BUT I do think the important part of the sentance is the 'With Us' part ie not allowing anyone else to access your account

As long as they are all consenting to both the cam and the rules, then yes it would be permitted.
Usual rules would apply - nothing illegal, under age guys etc, but apart from that - enjoy yourself :twisted: lol

It might be a good idea to get someone else to host the room for you though - you of course won't be in a position to keep control of it ;-)

Correct NWC - you can have people on cam with you, but they cannot use your account - allowing someone else to use your account will result in your account being placed on a ban.

As long as they are all consenting to both the cam and the rules, then yes it would be permitted.

Ok if that is the case arnt we just opening the flood gates to even more fake, profiles, photo ads etc.
The other issue is that RH said that you can have other people on cam with you but they cant use my/our account so in the heat of the moment and im say getting a double BJ and her hubby decides to type something that means an automatic ban cause someone else used my account. I really think these guidelines need to be looked at cause they are full of holes.
Sorry, im not looking for a fight but from what i have read this is all mad (just like me LOL)

Well then I would suggest you make it plaint to whomever is on cam view with you, that no matter what happens, bj's all round or whatever, that they don't use the pc.
It's an account holders responsibility to ensure the use of his/her account is only for own use - besides surely if the bj's were free flowing I'm sure the other hubby would have far better things tp do that type in the room :twisted: lol

I think the diffarence between pics and cam is you can take a pic and post with without the person knowing, where as going on cam unless the person is stuipd or blind they will know they are on cam and be able to object and ask you to turn it off if wanted.

We have had quite a number of people who have logged on to the site from public internet web cafes. I've seen several people actually cam from them too. There were people visible behind them, and I'm pretty sure they had no idea that the cam was even on, let alone which site their beautiful features were being displayed on.

Not intended to be a hijack of the thread, but:
there are an increasing number of members (couples) who have an account each.... eg aaabbbcpl bbbaaacpl both described as being couples (which I guess they are!)
How does this fit with the rules about not having two accounts?

OK - so let me get this right....
I can invite a guy or two around here and let them go on cam and watch everyone else on cam in the chatroom - even though they may not be a member - and as long as they don't break the rules it is OK? confused

Glad you said that.
I remember we had a similar post (shaz n tony I think) and they were told that non members aren't allowed to go on cam for the reasons you've just stated.
