tanny, it wasnt so much a serious thread that I meant this to be......(and I dont think that sentence is proper English either - more yoda-ese I think lol)
more a sort of....fun thread where you dont even know you are doing it...kinda like fridge repair men or makers who feel inexplicably drawn to go and leer at others fridges, or like someone said they are a makeup artiste and cant help but thinking WTF about someones choice of colours or makeup application.
I wasnt for one minute suggesting that anyone should be harshly and properly criticised for anything, and like I said I didnt think my choice of wording for the question was right
sorry for any misunderstanding.

I understood it was meant to be light hearted fun, i do it knowingly and unknowingly in my head and occasionally outloud
Thanks kiss
just didnt like to think i was unconsciously upsetting anyone
what do ya think of my new avatar BTW lol

 to the new avatar!
And as a (dreadful) housewife I don't really have any sensible input for the thread....
However, I do sometimes look at porn & think "Jeez, thats a crap fake orgasm!"

I'll just hang around for all the :kick: and smackbottom

I'm a taxi controller and I get pissed off when the other controllers don't do thier job properly. I do tell them, in a diplomatic kinda way  biggrin

People who make comments about someone in the workplace are nothing but bullies.
.

It only becomes bullying if it is done with mallice and intentionally said to hurt the person who you are making the comment to.
Commenting on someone elses work does not make me a bully, I think we all need some constructive critism sometimes.

Absolutely, Lyns.
Ty, the question wasn't about bullying anyway. You went off at a bit of an extreme angle from Bonedigger's original point, I think.

Years ago I worked in a nursing home and I sent a carer from the room because I didn't like her treatment of the patient. I also reported her attitude to the Matron and she was never sent to us again by the agency..........

Been there, done that too. ;)
Some people should never, ever work in the care sector. evil
