Insurance is the only job I have ever walked out on for ethical reasons.
I was told to routinely decline legitimate claims, only those that complained would get approval at customer service level.
I was the technical assessor and I knew what was covered and what was excluded, customer services approved claims for those that pushed hard enough even though they were outside the T&Cs - while people who deserved and were entitled to cover were left helpless.
