I don't know London very well, but I can think of two possibilites:
It could be for the Congestion charge
Or it could be monitoring the amount of traffic on the roads to (In theory
) allow the powers that be make decisions on road management
)I collect or have collected in the past:
T-shirts (I used to have over 250 with various slogans....but most are now binned as they got old/worn out )

Forum nicknames I seem to have (at last count and I'm not going to list them, it would take too long ) atleast 18 variations of my forum name (either spelling mistakes that stick....or a few giving me "pet" names" :shock: )

Does anyone say in their profile what they're not looking for?
I know there are loads of people who state in their profile that they're not interested in single males but does anyone actually have a list of things they don't want?
I got a PM this morning from a married gentleman and although it was a very polite exchange where I told him I didn't do married men (unless I get to do the wife too obviously!) :rascal: He suggested that he wouldn't have bothered me had I written that in my profile. I explained that I didn't feel the need to write what I don't do in my profile as a simple PM conversation could clarify that. Apparently I'm the boss!
So do people write things they're not interested in to save people wasting their time getting in touch?

I think that to include everything you do and don't do would A take all day and B as you said leave very little for discussion in PM.
If I put all the things I'd like and dislike it would take forever
And the sites been having problems with regards to the sigs lately (hence my rather shorter one
) 
What program did you use to resize it with? Some programs cant resize gifs and keep the animation (it usually either messes up the gif or saves it as a jpeg)
The gif in my sig was shrunk using Photobucket (they have an avatar setting in the edit function)
If you have an account with PB, perhaps using this with the original (if you have it) may work.
