Most commonly this message is returned if a member has chosen to leave the site and has cancelled their account. Specifically twos_company, this was the case with the most recent Shrep comment that your account has received.
If there's any other examples that you'd like me to look at, please feel free to drop me a PM with the username you are trying to find the profile for.
Server 1 is operating as it should. I noticed your name in the Beach Bar. If this isn't an active session that you have open, let me know and I'll remove you from the room so you can then reconnect.
Thanks for your post. I'll emphasise on your point that the OPs do a fine job.
I understand that it can be frustrating when users play up but the best way to combat this is by letting us know what happened. If we don't know about the problem, we won't be able to help.
During times when their are no OPs around to help and there is a problem with a user breaking the site rules, please follow the 'Report Profile' prompt on the offender's profile. Please write a summary on what happened, remembering to include what chat room you were in, and then Submit the report.
It takes less than a minute to fill in a report which will then prevent this problem happening again in the future to you, or any other users.
Thanks,
Admin.
On the current chat room it is unfortunately not possible for a username to exist more than once in the same room. Consequently, I'm sorry this is why, for example as a couple, if you were using different machines, you couldn't both, separately, interact in the same room on the same account.
Hopefully through the newsletters you should be aware that we're developing a new chat room which will be soon be available to use. Once we know that the chat room is stable, we can take on board suggestions and improvements that members want to see happen. We can consider including something for this scenario for example.
It's healthy to discuss what our members want on the site so thanks for bringing this up.
I'm sorry but the chat room server is just restarting, it will be back within just a couple of minutes.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention - we'll be restarting the server this morning which will resolve this issue.
You'd need to have Abode Reader installed on your machine to open a PDF file, like what the SHrep document is. Just download and install from the following link (the software is free):
We sincerely apologise for any problems that you experienced in the chat room during the Easter break, regrettably chat server 3 was at fault which our admins were working to rectify as soon as possible.
We can confirm that the server is now back in full operation.
Once again, our sincere apologies.
Our sincere apologies, we've managed to get server 2 back online and we're just working on 3.
This thread has strayed, initially it was raised over concern from a step-daughter room that was created in the chat room. It has been made clear that these rooms aren't permitted to be opened, the creator of such room will be penalised and the logs extensively checked for any users who've breached the site conditions.
Any moral discussions on the subject may be better suited in the current affairs forum category as our stance on this specifically in the chat room has been clarified.
Could those who are still experiencing problems please to submit Support Ticket and submit the details of the system that you are using (operating system, browser name/version etc.) so we can gather more information.

Thanks, Admin.
Thanks, we've restarted the server to flush out any issues.
Our apologies for the inconvenience, we can confirm that the servers are fully operational
Update:
Two users have now resolved this problem. It may be worth mentioning that both were using Internet Explorer 6.
The first solution was to install an alternative browser, , and the second was a system roll back.
Most commonly this problem crops up when the chat room can't read which member from the site you are, no username is known, and the authorisation fails.
Within the past 24 hours I've received 4 tickets from members with the same problem, including the ticket from you eddy17 (thanks). We've not changed any thing from our end, so we need to work out the common relation on your end, it could be an automatic software update that has now triggered this.
What ISP (Internet Service Provider) are you using and do you have any security programs installed, such as McAfee, Zone Alarm, PC Guard/Kaspersky etc?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Server 2 restarted - problem resolved.
Once more please.
Thank you.
Could you try once more now?
Thanks in advance.
