Any suggestions would be a fantastic help(well sensible ones anyways)

There are some Herbal possiblities, but check with a herbalist first to see if your suitable as everybody reacts differently. The three most likely to help are Marigold, Juniper and lastly Wormwood, the latter was used frequently in ancient times to check if a woman was pregnant, and was taken to bring forward periods, it is rarely used today, and is in fact classed as dangerous by the US`s Food & Drug Administration.
Marigold is still used today as an allevient to heavy & painful periods, and does in some cases bring them on. Juniper is the same, if you have a massage one or two drops of Juniper in an essential oil (preferably by a professional as it`s a bit potent), may do the trick.
As a warning though these three herbs must NEVER be used when pregnant as they can cause problems.
Hope this is useful.......but if you do go down this route, find out first all that`s pertinent to you BEFORE you use it....
