The only reason for shaving it all off I can think of in addition to the other opinions is to prevent getting crabs! Not a very pleasant thought but less likely if there's no hair for them to get into!

I can definately add my voice to this one, as I was 'doing a Vix' (as it shall now be known lol

) on Friday night too! Copious amounts of tea tree gel, much silent screaming (due to kids being in bed and not wanting them to wake up to sounds of great horror!) and many prayers that it would be ok for Saturday night!!! Fortunately it was but OWWWWW!!!!!!

Well Seanie and I woke up about 25 past 9 on the sofa and still made it to the station on time for our train! I've never been the last to leave before lol! biggrin
