and best of all, these are customer loyalty benefits, not available, or even offered to 'new customers', like i said, fussy bugger me, been with this ISP for years n years and am now reaping the benefits. About time we got back to the 'loyal customer benefit system' imho
and yes, if you get hold of the right person, you can still negotiate deals that suit you, change packages and talk to an actual human being if you take the time to be bothered
downside? .......... I find it quite hard to understand Scandinavian accents lol
