Mr SXCouple - has a goatee beard, but not a long catweazle type one 
Has 3 tattoo's, all black, one at the top of each arm left arm has a mayan sun (designed by mrs SX), and right arm has a celtic knot.
The other is a huge one across the top of my back and shoulder (tribal design) that took 4 hours to do !!!!

They read the T&C, and if they cannot handle it now - cos of Xmas, then tough.
Even though it's a tenner, it could well have been a few 100 quid, so stick to your principles...........

Well, we did end up going - albeit arriving a bit late due to other commitments (about I think).
We only said hi to a couple of peeps - Marya and Clare being 2 that spring to mind.
Marya - you do realise you made Mrs SXCouple go all tingly, especially when you looked her straight in the face, and said straight off - you're gorgeous - are you bi???
Although we didn't say hi to that many people, we had a good time - maybe next time we'll be there for a bit longer
Oh, and apologies for buggering off early, we wanted to beat the rush for a cab, so left before saying tata

If that's the case, how come I've seen numerous people with caps in their names before hand, being a chatroom user since the beginning of the year, and nothing has been done before ??

It's not just one person, or their actions - just the general feeling of the whole site in general, this incident just happens to be the icing on the cake. I've said as much in the past about not using the forum as much as initially planned. It's certainly looking like being the case with the chatroom as well now.

About 10 mins ago I got kicked from the chatroom for no real reason. There was a user in the room who's username happened to be in capitals. One of the mods, I'm not sure who, but think it was Jon, threatened to ban him unless the username was changed.
Now, me being who I am, asked why this was the case, as I've seen user's with their usernames being nothing but caps before....... I also pointed out that if CAPS wasn't used in the context of chatting, what was the problem.....
Once I was kicked, I signed back in and was blatantly ignored when asking for a reason etc.............extremely impolite if I may so say.
Now I know that there are user's who frequently break the rules, and thats why the mods are there. However, I cannot see how or why what I said was an infringement of said rules. Checking the rules themselves, I cannot see anything about not having a user name in CAPS, just generally chatting - we all know the etiquette behind that.
I also cannot see anything about posing a simple question being against the rule, and if that question was deemed as breaking them - apparently according to the rules, I'm supposed to get a warning telling me to desist or I'll get kicked - instead I got kicked......
Seems to me that whilst people use the chat room for all manner of purpose's, the choice of who moderates it is a bit extreme, especially if the "powers" they have are abused.................
Rant over, and fully expect to be ripped apart by all and sundry now, but quite frankly cannot be arsed - the whole place is slowly but surely going steadily downhill in my own personal opinion.............

Well, this just about re-affirms why we haven't attended a social gathering off here before - be it a party or a munch.
I personally do not know any of you from adam - there are a few whom I seem to have a nice bit of banter with, and there are a couple of people who'd we'd certainly like to know better......

Sorry if its tarring a lot of people with the same brush, but there's enough shit in real life without having to put up with it in the pursuit of "fun".

After all, we are all entitled to our opinion, and this is a "virtual world"......So, you're likely to only ever see us in the Chatroom (when I'm at work normally lol) or the occaisional message on here

My two pennies worth on the subject...........
DON'T TOUCH WANADOO AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their Customer Service is shite, you pay through the nose on a premium number. The other half's mum wanted BB, so after much deliberation she chose them - from day 1 loads of probs - lasted about a month (paying for the service as well), before s nice shitty letter / email was sent to them telling them how crap they were and as the service was non-existent and they were in breach of contract they can shove their 12 months where the sun doesn't shine.
Went with Telewest (Blueyonder) and took the phone, TV and BB package - think its about £30-40 a month. Fantastic service, lots of help ( as mum in law is pcliterate).
Personally will go this route once my BTOpenworld package has run it's course. The other half is on with Telewest and has just had a free upgrade to 1mb - so cannot be that bad.
Failing that, move in with us and we'll ensure you're regularly uploaded / downloaded or how ever you want to be loaded ;)

Now, I'm not saying I agree with anything or everything that Punky has said, but since coming to this site at the end of last year, I've noticed more and more people get absolutely trounced as soon as they post something - be it a stupid, offensive or just downright wierd post.
So much for this being a "friendly" place to come.......will watch what I post in future......
Oh and for the record, I'm 38 and whilst not that worldly wise, am old enough and ugly enough to have my own opinion and thats exactly what I've just expressed.
