i love the atmosphere of a thunder storm, havent seen a good one in years.
i love that smell of rain the errie darkness.
i remember when the eclipse happened it was like watching a speeded up film clip of dawn.
the darkness, the birds going quiet then crazy and the light returning.

i know this will sound daft but at least ive lost my dad as hes dead, where as sadely you have to morn the loss of a dad who isnt there cause hes a **** ( inset chosen word)
all i can say is its never too late.
my dad wanst around when i was a kid, but made up for that in his last 5 years.
my kids have what i refer to as sperm doners, cant be considered a dad waste of space.

years ago when the site first started out profiles were very very limited on what info they gave or could be inputted.
i see my profile as just a umm profile,sorry thats flippant,but its a description of who i am. female,age,location. it is not a AD.
if someone were to message me in a friendly manner as they had come across my profile i would reply,if they are blatent looking for sex and think they are replying to a ad i tend to be more inclined to ignore them.
if im activly seeking sex i place an ad,or i browse the ads, not the profiles.

we got 2 kittens,( so much more than 1) and were told its a boy and a girl.
the girl was named mary, she looked likeone and sweet, the other was a stripped grey, we went theough tigger, strippy blurghhh boring. so decided on joseph.
so we have mary and joseph, lol its great watching the receptionist at the vets trying not to laugh incase she offends, joke was on us when the vets tells us they are both girls,but the names have stayed lol.

spent yesterday with my daughters and grandaughter.
they bought me a pressie for being the best mum-dad in the world lol
couldnt spend it with my dad, miss him so much and today is the anniversary of his passing.

yes there are women, and men who go on cam and lord it up, but if thats their thing so what?
i used to go on cam in my local romm, it wasnt for compliments, or for people to even comment, it was more of a case of people just seeing me as if we were sat in a cafe chatting, they could see who i was.
i didnt play sexually and would tend to turn the cam off at pub kicking out time as all the cam crawlers would be out in force.
i took all compliments as hot air, id seen the same guys same bullshit to any one and everyone and admit they dont mean it.
if i was sat in a cafe chatting to a friend and a guy walked in, just because he can see me dont mean i have to respond to him. same in chat room, especially if i happen to be set as busy on my status.
if i did decide to play then as someones said why would i wanna stop every few secs to say ty or hi etc? ffs would you walk into a swinging club, go into a room where play is on and expect the player to stop and have a chat with you?
same token, if i view a cam just to see who it is this does not give you the right to whisper me uninvited.
if they dont talk to you i think you just have to accept that.
remember there are plenty of people in the room who are not invisable just because they are not on cam.

just been reading through the forums,
i noticed some threads that are in the cafe that maybe could be considered debates, so should they be in the other section?
i dont like the split, never did, i think any thing in the cafe could move into debate, after all any conversation that has differing opinions can be considered a debate.
do people think the split is working?
regarding the introductions section, why cant we just have a refreshed new user thread in the cafe? i use dto look at the new user threads before, but i dont go into that section now, and it seems the threads die very quick, id like to see it back in the cafe where there is a natural merge in.
i may be on my own in this,but a few months in i just wondered what other people were thinking.
in edit... i feel the split has for what ever reason made the forums dry up. the cafe is just full of happy birthday threads these days, not that i dont like birthday threads, but thats all it sems to be lately, or should we split that and have a seperate birthday aniversary section???lol

i work fulltime,im a single mum.
i ensure my children have quality time with me,i cook from scratch every day, i do everything at home/ around the home and have raised balanced happy high achievers.
i wont apologise for being a hard worker,im not rich,far from it,ive never taken a penny from a been independent since i was 15.
If a woman happens to have a good job that happens to pay good money why should she give that up if she has a child? just because she drives a 08 reg car, this does not mean if she got a older car she could walk away from her job ,and income, and future prospects to go on benefit maybe lose her home just so she can stay at home with her child.
the worset ones are those who stay at home to raise their children, claim benefit to do so but actually then ignore those children.
i feel being a good parent is the important thing. working or not.
no ones beter than anyone else we all have our own reasons for what we do.
if you a good parent thats all that matters.

i work with people on benefit.
in cornwall its no longer going to be a choice if they want it paid to the landlord, it wont be a option.
now every person i have worked with in 7 years,and that over 800 have all said they do not want to recieve their HB direct.
in some situations the HB could be more than their benefit and they may well be tempted to dip into the HB payment.
christmas, birthdays, clothing, peer pressures, twatters of partners, risk of mucking up and bank charges eating into it, those are just some of the reasons the claiments have given.
if they get evicted due to non payment of rent the council will not do anything to help, even if they have children.
not all claiments feel its "their" money and think if the tax payers are paying then it should go direct to whats its ment for.
its a bollocks idea from the government nanny state who make up these rules for the people without consulting the people.

dunno whos viewed my profile, i dont have extras.
why would you want to bann someone from viewing unless they were stalking you and being abusive, but that would be a seperate issue that admin would tackle.
would be a idea have some way of knowing whos a extras member when seeing a profile in the forum.
i dont tend to view the extras profiles when in chat, reason being it dont mean anything other than me finding out age location etc, if extras see ive viewed they might think imintrested when i may well not be.
and again i have bad memory so may view profiles more than once to jog my memory who they are in chat.
