For somereason when i was younger if i cried, like when i got told of, i would sleep really well, so maybe you should just spend a good couple of hours crying :P
Or just do a 10 mile run in the morning and evening i am sure that will help you sleep.

isnt it weird how your mind just messes up the flavours when it thinks its one thing when in fact its the other.
For example:
I once had a beer and some water in front of me whilst doing some of my project at uni, i went to get some water didnt look, picked the beer and took a massive gulp. It was the most vial tasting thing ever, all because i thought itr was water.

Just get AOL , or BT none of the others are any better ( in fact rarely much worse ) .
it all depends if you want to have bandwidth capping, so if you want that then stay on aol or go for bt.
bandwidth capping is horrid esp if you wish to download, say movies, tv series or simply pictures.

i agree with you about the trains but not so sure about the seats on buses.
This is what i understood by reading what you said, if i had a 4 year old they have to sit on my knee and not on a seat which increases the chances of them falling of an causing injury to themselves, just because you are an adult and want a seat because you have paid full price?
Now i am not having a strop at what you said and am not trying to provoke you after all you seem abit stressed at the mo :P but i think what you wrote is abit selfish.

I know what you mean about rip offs theres loads all over the place, esp buying food, i was told yesterday that free range eggs arent as free range as i thought. Now thats annoying seeing as buy then specifically to make me feel like i am doing something good.
