Is this I have always found older woman attactive from my late teens. I thing its a mixture of reasons from the Miss Robinson effect to watching Mrs Collins in films. Oh and having the real thing is the biggest decider boink

I wouldn't let it put you off, in my experince most people here and on most sites don't want anymore than freindship and some great memories - both of which I have had biggrin

I have alos had a simlar experince, which can be very off putting :doh:
The only way to stop that sort of thing is to make it 100% clear what you are after and make sure thats what they are looking for. Also trust your gut feeling of a person and always keep your private life private. Obviously people need to know certain things about you - but not everything.

Before anyone says it I am not taking about the obvious physical differences
I am talking about differences in more general terms - like as men we can't have a remote control within 50 feet of us without using it. To flick over to any and every channel.
The ones about woman, because as a man I have very few faults duel

when I get home after work, I tend to want to sit down and totally chill for 20 minutes or so. Where as the fair sex (trying desprately to save myself for SH death - lol

Another one along those lines is when your watching a programme and its just getting to an important bit. Ladies must have a sixth sense for this :twisted: come into the room in their new dress/shoes and start asking what we think. So when they get the answer - FINE its a sulk feest for the next 3 hours dunno

I am a none smoker and I believe in smokers rights to smoke :smoke:
What pisses me off is the fact I don't smoke and I am forced to smoke everytime I go to the pub. Smokers complain that a smoking ban in pulic places would make them like outcast. They would find it difficult going for a meal or to the pub - Bollocks
As a none smoker I have had to put up for years with sitting in pubs/resturants and having to smoke. Which not only effected my enjoyment, but also my health and the enviroment. Yes the enviroment - The nexted day the clothes I was wearing have to be throwen into the wash as they stink of stale smoke - :cry:
All this ban will cause is the smokers to light up outside the establishment -big deal Lets be honest most places of work make you go outside to smoke.

Maybe your ad is a bit vaugue in what your looking for or maybe some people have a different opinion of their level of attractiveness :dunno: They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Personally I think their is a complete mixture of people on this site covering what I would expect a variety of tastes. If your not happy why not use another site, you haven't lost anythink by using this site - just a thought biggrin

I am pretty new to this forum like you mate and it may seem it a click, but trust me its not. The regulars know each other and with some good reason only offer invtes to those they know or have meet in clubs. Its a fact of life some people don't understand the lafe style and it cause problems for them in other areas of their life.

There is no specified time for a calibration to have been done prior to you being caugth. It was an old defence before speedo meters where calibrated. It is no longer a need for the device/car to be tested in some cases for the life of device/car. It is however common praticse to check around about every month or two.
Sorry to blow a hole on that defence or not as it turns out. Your only real defences are on who was driving the vehicle or procedure. Again a solictor is best person to speak to regarding this. Basically its to do with weather your where given a 'notice of intended prosecution'. This should be given verabally at scene or can be given by post around month after offence or the police tracing the offender. It basically a officer telling you you will be reported for the offence of excess speed.
Re saying you where not driving as mentioned if you where it becomes a case of perveting the course of justice - which you can and most likley will get 6 months in prision and not mention a crimnal record for a dishonest offence - which means no one wants to employ you.

If you are caught going over 100 mph on a motorway and your manner of driving has not come into question - ie not careless or worse dangerous then it is a simple matter covered by Schedule 2 of the road trafic Offenders Act 1988 subsection 17(4) - Use of special road contrary to scheme or regulation - easy for me to say
Firstly it is a summarily offence - hence it is before those nice magistrates (Justices of the peace) unless your really unlucky then it could be a deputy district judge - he/she has is legally qualified and generally a bit more harsh
Right secondly it will not be a custodial sentance, it is what is called level 4 fine - usally over Â£250 notes(chances all the time and takes into effect montary position)
Thirdly on the question of diqualification - it is in fact Discretionary and not writtern in stone. You need to give a good reason why you shouldn't be banned. These are usally need it for work - rep/ doctor on call etc or medical emergency which covers in something called special defences. This area is one best left to a solictor and it means a real medical emergency - not a cut finger. Failing above , you would expect a disqualification on your first occasion of anythink from a week to a month. The sting in the tail though is if you are disqualified - your insurance will go through the roof.
An finally expect to get somewhere around 3 - 6 fixed penalty points on your licensee after the disqualification period is over.

Hope it helps and good luck a bit harsh in my opinion for it to be going to court as you should have what is called the 10% rule. I guess you where 50% over the 70mph speed limit though and traffic are a law onto themselves.
