Hello horndog , makingcocoa. I'm relatively new meself but have plucked up the courage to say a few things. I'm absolutely knackered ! ...just got back from a drive from down south. Interrupted as usual by a motorway crash. Made worse by the fact that I needed to spend a penny ASAP !! mad

Anyways, managed to get home in the end. I'm lucky to not have to travel much. Anybody here do the motorways regularly ?

To be honest i don't really mind about its size, shape etc. i see what u mean about men liking big boobs and I guess it's just part of human nature to look. I'm happy with whatever the size is as long as they're happy with it as well. boink

Hmm ... dentists. I love my dentist. :smitten: Have been to her for years. Has never overcharged, could always get an appointment (if in an emergency) and amazingly relatively painless (the dentalwork i mean !!). I'm afraid I have to side with the "pink" swirlers on this one.

U don't know what me mom's new idea of a xmas meal is. We've not had turkey for years (as most of the family don't like it ..yeah I know we're abit unusual) and have settled for having a good roast chicken for xmas instead. This year, they want to try a chinese meal instead ! No prizes for guessing who'll b doing the cooking as nobody in the family cooks chinese food. My objections fell on deaf ears. Still trying to figure out what to cook ... any suggestions ? If it's something new, I've gotta start practicing. One thing I do know for sure is that we'll be startiing with roast duck pancakes (ready made ones obviously) ...MMMMmmmm .... lovely lol

Well , wish me luck. I've got a 2-3 hour ( i hope!) trek today towards oxford. I was doing the same trip on monday and it took me 5 bloody hours .... each way ! Left home at 7am and got back at 2300. i've gotta save money to buy a helicopter cool

Been hearing all sorts about it but never had the courage do buy anything. Coupla friends have had problems with it. Have u guys had any problems with it ? :grin:

It's 12 years old eh ... u know, it maybe time to let it go soon. Come to think of it , I've never had a car that lasted .... wait a sec .. I do ! .. Just ignore me , me brain neurones are working well today ... needs abit of that WD 40 !
VW polos are steady beasts aren't they. Just not very happy when it's not well. :cry::

Thanks for the advice. I'm more wirred about getting Septicemia(if thats the correct spelling) cause I was told if it isnt caught in time then its a case of waiting for yuo to die :shock: . Hi all
The thing about septicaemia is that it's the end process of an infection that has not been controlled and as a result the infection overwhelms the body's capability to fight it. My advice about the redness etc was that those are the signs of an infection. Most of these tend to settle down on its own but if uve got the yellowish gunk coming out or if u start getting a temperature and feel hot , go see ur doc. u may need antibiotics.

I'm still on this perenial process of looking for a car that cheap to maintain, that'll last a good 10 years and able to burn up n down the motorways. Anybody any suggestions ?

lil_miz, I'd probably advice keeping a close eye on your belly button. If it's red, painful and got yellowish stuff coming out , u'd need to see a doc. Me good friend's had similar problems ... in the end needed to see doc as belly button was so swollen and couldn't take stud out. Needed some industrial strength cutlery !

I'm pretty new to the site but thought I'd say what I felt. Hmmm ... its never an easy subject to chat about. :cry: The way I think about it .. is that they're in a better place now (yeah I believe in the afterlife) n hopefully we'll meet up again. I've now decided to have plants instead of pets !
Someone once suggested one of them robotic pets (the ones that u see in them Gadget Shops) but I never really saw the point. Having said that, one of me mates got them Sony pet robots and thinks its the best invention after the wheel. Some weird friends that I have.
All I can say is that it's never easy but life will go on n they will always be with us in our hearts :therethere:

Anybody remember the George Michael song a coupla years back where his video was made by 2DTV which was taking the p*#s out of Dubya and Tony B. Saw a documentary about George Michael yesterday and they were showing clips the video. Poor George got hammered by the press ... still thought twas bloody brave of him. Fair plays to these artists who show that they do have and will show their opinions be it popular or unpopular. Shows that some actually know what's going on in this crazy world of ours. rolleyes
