I'm so pleased to see others posting about this problem. I too had trouble getting into the chat room yesterday and posted asking for help , with varying degrees of assistance from members, ranging from very helpful to unhelpful sarcasm.
I know there is a 'chatroom help section' but I for one didn't find it helpful in the least and I'm obviously not the only one judging by the posts over the last few days. It might prove productive for the 'help section' to be re-written in a more user friendly - idiot guide type way. I dont consider myself an idiot and I'm sure many others don't either, but did find it very hard to understand. as a newbie to SH.

Thanks Jags but Ive followed all that and not seemed to get anywhere , what am I doing wrong?
I know this has been posted before by others but I'm having real problems getting into the chat room. I've read ALL the instructions several times, and tried every combination I can to try and make it work but with no luck.
I consider myself to be fairly intelligent but am just baffled as to WHERE to register my name etc ....... I enter my name click connect which takes me to a 'room' I presume but then it tells me I have to register ........ BUT WHERE?
Hoping for some help here please

Speaking as one who has 'got the T-shirt' Angel - I hope all goes well for you with the op, take your time with the recovery it does take 6 weeks they say and probabbly longer. So be good and take it easy.
On the other hand, if it has the same effect on you and it has on me, then life will be wonderful once you're recovered.

I never knew sneezing could cause so much pain!
Am at home at the moment off work for the last few weeks, won't be able to get on SH from work though so will have to catch up in the evening.
