I know its probably not a very PC thing to say, and that all parents automatically love them dearly, etc etc.
But kids really are horrible aren't they???
I sometimes wonder whether if people really, and I mean really, knew what they were letting themselves in for, how many would still bother!

If your current employer is offering you a pay rise just to try and hang on to you then chances are they are potentially paying a little more than they want to just to keep you. Therefore the chance of another meaningful pay rise in the near future is slight.
However the company that is taking you on is offing you what they are offering you (which I tihnk you said is slightly more than current even with increase) based on not knowing you, so if you impress them and exceed their expectations there is potentially plenty of scope for further rises.
So from a pay point of view I'd say you've got more potential from the new people.
Against that is the whole "better the devil you know" situation in that you know what to expect from your current employment situation. However since it sounds like you don't like your boss then it doesn't sound like there is much to lose...

Agreed, soft swing is also called "same room fun" I believe.
I can see the fun in this, you get to watch and be watched, but without the potential for jealousy of someone else with your partner.
Each to their own though, I can see how full swinging would be more of a turn on if you can handle the sharing.

What people watch must influence their behaviour to some extent otherwise companies would not pay vast sums for TV advertising (no, television silly!!)
But I do think things need to be kept in perspective, whoever did this must have had problems, and if the game didn't (or hadn't) triggered them who's to say something else wouldn't have at a later date?
That said I do personally find gratuitous violence in games or on screen offensive and unnecessary, and its got to have some effect in making violence more "accepted".
But this is never going to be a clear cut one...

I think as long as you're honest with the person involved and tell them how you feel, I'm sure most people would understand.
And you very well may find that once you get started you enjoy a lot more than you thought!
Just be open with people, its all they can ask of you, no one (I would hope) would expect you to do anything you weren't comfortable with.
