I hate it when am amount is automatically added to the bill for a tip sometimes ---I don't believe it all goes to the staff - I always refuse to pay such amounts and have it deducted - in general I don't agree with tipping though I do give tips from time to time - especialy to women in very tight short skirts with black stockings and...........anyway I feel people should be paid a decent wage so they did not have to depend on tips.. in the past I used to leave a card as a tip saying - join a trade union - demand a living wage!

Clare, Keep an open mind and try to remain positive which feels like constant battle you feel you are losing in your situation... have known a few people / frends with ME or conditions similar to it....fight for yourself...don't become resigned.....use complementary therapies... have some aromatherapy just to relax as well as for the essential oils....complimentary therapies are good but make sure you eliminate all the conventional medical posibilities - the net is good for doing some research. then push your GP to consider everything...ask for a second opinion... try a well woman clinic... speak to people in an ME support group ....don't compromise and make sure you look after yourself.....
