Well as my view was requested here it is. It would seem that I maybe one of those who apparently enjoy criticising newbie posters.
For what's it's worth my view is that I agree 100% with everything that MISSCHIEF mentioned in the 4th post on this thread, I would point out that in some cases where the newbie has obviously made an attempt I try to help and point them towards the various advice threads that are on this site, advice that I personally think is highly valuable and wished I'd bothered reading when I first joined.
So having made the typical newbie error I try to help them avoid same pitfalls and no I'm not a do gooder or a good samaritan either.
But for every person that's making an attempt there are also plenty of others that are apparently not quite understanding how the ads tend to work eg "I need a woman tonight to pop my virgin cherry" or, as has happened earlier today, a single male (not a newbie I might add) that had obviously choosen to ignore the orginial ad from a couple which clearly asked for no single men to reply.
So it's not for enjoyment far from it in fact, it's for folks to enjoy SH as much for the fun that can be had as for the sexual side of it, and judging by some comments that have been made in other threads it would appear that there are as many folks that are fed up of the one liners and timewasters as there are those who are happy for them to post and to discover for themselves what works and what doesn't.
The joys of democracy I think you can call it, we all have a view whether we all agree with it or not.

So chill out for a while grab a comfortable seat and read away, also try popping into the various forums and start posting and replying to some threads and get yourself known to the other users.
One big mistake some newbies make is expecting to place a few posts and expect a quick shag SH isn't that sort of site, also one line posts don't really work either.
