At the top left hand side is some valuable advice under the Information heading, which I dearly wish I'd read when I first joined this site.
You may or may not wish to read it and it may or may not be of any use to you, but it may go someway towards explaining that SH isn't a (thankfully) place a post and expect an immediate fcuk kind of site.......well not normally anyway wink
Don't get disheartened, stick around and over time there's a fair chance you'll be lucky and get what you're looking for but it will take time, remember at the moment no-one knows anything about you.

Personally I tend to prefer 94/95 season - you both remember that surely??? Hattrick in 4 minutes from some young upstart by the name of God aka Robbie Fowler. Oh and there's also 00/01 - for a smallish gathering down in Cardiff not some micky mouse cup *cough littlewoods *cough here boys! lol wink

Just a thought but isn't it also about providing the guy with some help to ensure he stays here in SH and makes full use of it?
If someone comes here, places a post (such as the one that kicked this debate off) then they find that there's no reply or feedback, the likely chances are they will leave the site never to have found what they were looking for. Some even start a flouncing thread as they leave saying how crap this site is because they've not met anyone. Isn't it better then to attempt to impart some help and advice and keep the number of members using SH growing and not declining?
Take a look at my first post, boy do I wish someone had taken the time to send me some help and advice then there would have been no need for the typical newbie "anyone out looking for a fuck" post that I made!! redface thankfully though I stuck around to meet some great folks here. Other guys though may not get any sort of reply at all and bugger off elsewhere.
My advice to James, for what it's worth is, as already mentioned, have a look through the advice threads which are all designed to help folks get the most of SH, and start posting more and getting yourself known and who knows?? There certainly seems to be a hotbed of action in the NW so is unlikely to be missing out for long wink

Although you may have got the info from here it obviously can't be constantly updated to update any recent decisions by the authorities. Mind you the drug problems alone should make you grateful that it has been closed down IMO. Of course you could always try the watery location near Coxxxxxxn near Pxxxxxh although this could also be affected by the Barry problems.

I'm sure you don't mean this picture do you?!?! This picture has been shown on hundreds of sites on the net and has featured in magazines such as Nuts, Zoo, Loaded, FHM, Max Power etc etc etc. It's NOT a doggers car and was posted, I firmly believe, as a joke of the boy racers you find at dogging sites.
Best chill out mate, read the rules, read the threads and join in, IMHO this is the best site around so why not take onboard the advice of the Mods and either post away or move on?

You say in reply to Outdoorfun's post that you have an ad but no response, have you thought about perhaps putting the ad number in your signature (like outdoorfun has)? Or maybe some info about you in your profile (like I have)? It will tell the folks that are looking more about you and ultimately help you get the response you're looking for. There's hundreds of ads on this site so it will make it easier for folks to look at your details & info and who knows? Maybe they'll then get in touch and set something up with you.

The guys and gals were trying to help you as your first post was totally unreadable to anybody. The best bet is to pull up a comfy chair have a drinkies or three and take a look around the site, perhaps popping into the Cafe may also improve your chances of getting known here, it might be worth remembering that blokes looking for meets and fun are in plentiful supply on this site and so a point of difference and/or being known to others is a big benefit. It will also help to have a sense of humour and can laugh at yourself as well as laughing at others here.

Yep absolutely, anybody can make a complaint if they feel the article was in breach of any of their codes of conduct. The PCC site even gives tips on filing a complaint with them.

Having read the story it would seem that there could have been breeches of the Press Complaints Commission's code of conduct:
1) Under Clandestine devices and subterfuge they say "The press must not seek to obtain or publish material acquired by using hidden cameras or clandestine listening devices. " - the photo's they've used clearly look as though they used some sort of hidden camera.
2) Under Privacy they say "Everyone is entitled to respect for his or her private and family life, home, health and correspondence, including digital communications. Editors will be expected to justify intrusions into any individual's private life without consent. It is unacceptable to photograph individuals in private places without their consent. Note - Private places are public or private property where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy." - I'm not familiar with the place in the article but would assume that a private club is somewhere where folks should expect a reasonable degree of privacy.
I'd have thought that the folks in the pics could have some sort of basis for making a complaint here. Of course whether the PCC would ever view this as any wrong doing by the Notw is another matter.
