Most of my business is sent out mail order, now we don't have a lot of problem's with products being delivered, but I have found most deliver companys franchise out to local guys who in turn rent vans extra from the companys, and this is where the problem's start, most guy's know if they don't deliver they don't get paied, and I have had report's from customer's of packages being delivered at 6 an 7o'clock at night in some area's, and there over the moon with the service, in other's it a totaly different story, if they don't have time, or should I say have some thing else they would rather be doing, instead of delivering my package's they get droped back at the depote for another day
