If you want to look at some CSS source, the Avatar Sizer Web Page (click on the WWW button below then View>Source) is written mainly using CSS.
The CSS part is embedded into the page and starts at the line: <style type="text/css">
As you can see you can get some fancy looking layouts and colours using just CSS
I was going to add some detail to the bottom of my last post re learning CSS, but someone came in and I had to do some work sad
Anyhow try this:

I've posted a copy to:

Unfortunately you may need other files.
You could also check the C:WINDOWSSERVICEPACKFILESI386 folder on your computer.
The problem wasn't style sheets but IE had forgotten how to render any style sheet!
The problem turned out to be one that had me stumped, well almost.
Trial and error solved the problem in the end.

Basically IE had stopped rendering CSS. Regardless of the settings for fonts, colours, advanced settings etc in IE and in Desktop and Themes it wouldn't render CSS.

I still don't now what caused the problem (annoying to a geek like me biggrin ), but at least we finally got it fixed.
You probably hadn't pushed it far enough in and moved the other stick at the same time.
The trick with memory is to try and push both ends down at the same time without flexing the motherboard too much (or at all).
A thumb at one end and a finger at the other does the trick and for memory - whatever works
If you want more info on and VoIP in general have a look at this link. It is aimed at beginners (honest).
Can you put me down please. rolleyes
Sorry let me rephrase that, can you please put my name on the list...
IMO is IM on Steriods. Bloody brilliant!!
Couple of bits of info though...
To stop all and sundry contacting you... in Options>Privacy set "Only people from my contacts can call" and set "Only people from my contacts can start Chat"
In your profile don't enter an email address or your phone number unless you really like stuff from wierdos smile Also, I have the following in About:
"You must email me BEFORE you request that I add you to my Contacts. Failure to do so will result in the request being denied."
Even so I still get the odd uninvited request. evil
If the default resolution of the monitor is 1280x1024 on a TFT display you should set it to to those settings. Any other resolution will give a poor picture.
I was under the impression that the Warwicks were moving.
I understand that the ruined Abbey close to their new home is supposedly inhabited by Vampires.
Though due to the mysterious disappearance of various gold fish in his area just prior to his absence, he might have had his work cut out explaining it.
...therefore the flight is cancelled!
Honest this came over the loud speaker system after we had waited an hour and a half to board.
At least it happened on the way back biggrin

sorry to do this, but have been dying to put this info up for public consumption ever since I first saw the ad - once again, my apologies.
I'm sure the bike the frog is supposedly riding is a Yamaha RD350LC ( pre-YPVS ), you can tell by the explosion of the powerband - basically when he finally sods off.
Thank you for letting that out of my system. loon

FS1E surely :P
Orph,
Please see the forum rules...

How long have you been with them? BTW I'm a SE...
Thanks for that. It has made my day
When I had hair I was likened to Van Morrison....
If you are using a proxy server make sure it is set correctly. For IE some require port 21 others require port 80 (or the proxy equivilent 4480, 8080 etc).
Judy,
The 915PM has only just been released and they may be like hen's teeth (well after dogz bollocks I thought I keep up the animal theme).
You may have to wait a week or so before they are generally available.
Patience is a virtue... lol
Judy
If you're looking for a P4 laptop try and get one with the 915PM chipset. The "spec" from Intel is:
Mobile Intel® 915PM Express chipset is a component of Intel® Centrino mobile technology, designed in tandem with Intel® Pentium M processor to deliver exciting new usage models. When enabled by manufacturers, Intel® 915PM Express chipset supports PCI Express* based graphics only. Other features include DDR2 memory, Intel® High Definition Audio, Serial ATA and ExpressCard
Or in English...
The Dogz Bollocks!
Just a thought...
Is there a CD-ROM in the CD drive? Some older CD drives will stop the computer powering up if they contain a disk at power up.

When she switches the power on at the mains (the plug on the wall) does the computer emit any beeps?

Just read that again lol - I may be blonde but I do know what the mains are!!!
I apologise if I caused offence. I was differentiating between the power on the wall and the button on the front.
Sounds like the motherboard is totalled. It is probably the PSU on the motherboard (yes moden boards have a PSU on the motherboard as well).
