Hi hun, the only ones that don't appear in the gallery are the ones you have deemed private, the other ones will be in there.. but there are thousands so you might have a job finding them! Hope this helps xx
Hi Mal, I currently have a Dell Latitude.. and have no complaints. Got all my itunes loads of pics files.. you name it I have got it. Even makes coffee.
If I had the money though, I would buy a Mac.. cannot rate those highly enough... If you can, go on to the Apple website, they sell them off second hand on there too.. hope you find what you're looking for!
It's not just you hunie, I have the same problem (as you well know!) I'm always having trouble with my worms.. oops sorry words... cool
Toast with butter and sweet chilli dipping sauce.. yummy  In fact.. I think I might go and make some.. got the munchies!!
I have a face picture on my profile. I don't have much family around where I live, and no kids, and to be honest, if people don't like me for who I am thats tough. I do understand why some choose not to have face pics, and respect their thoughts on the subject.
At least with my pic.. they get the scare out of the way first!!! lol
You had better duck to avoid a slap from the catwoman......

Last time it happened I was in my front garden.. gardening.. and two men walked past and whistled.. I was covered in mud, grass, no make up and icky scruffy clothes yet they still whistled!
It made my day.... especially when one gave me his number... (he must have been mad.. )

Maybe he needed a gardener dunno
bolt smackbottom :smackbottom:

Just heard on the news this morning, that anyone who kills while using a mobile phone at the wheel will face a prison term... the ministry of justice said that they expect 150 motorists a year to be jailed. (And notice its anyone.. not just cars..)
Distraction under the law could be by texting or calling on mobile phone, drinking or eating, adjusting a satnav or car stereo, applying make up or reading a map. Under previous laws the maximum punishment was a £5000 fine and points on your licence.
It might make people think twice now... what do you guys think?

to be honest i think that most people who do these things will still do them .... they probably think they are good enough drivers to not cause an accident or get caught doing the texting etc !!

I know this is similar to the disco thread a while back.. but I wanted to let the cat lovers amongst us see it! If you have seen anything on Utube that you found funny and think we will enjoy it.. post below...

ive been left to try and guess what family would have wanted, i dont want to cause that distress to my family, or not know the wishes of my children.
i understand some people find it really difficult to face talking about, but id rather do it now then wait till its a sad time.
if anyones partners have problems with this maybe write it down and leave it somewhere they know.
its not about getting what i want so much, but taking that burden of desision off them.
can i mention while here about putting ICE in your mobile. In Case of Emergancy. its the tel number of the person you want the emergancy services to call.
xx fem xx
Thank you for starting my day off with a giggle sara!!!

I have a 3usb dongle.. and my other half has landline broadband.. he was watching me working one day, and mentioned it was as fast as the landline.. I would recommend it.. plus you're not tied to a contract with it too.. I rarely have problems.. AND you can take your laptop anywhere with it....
I can't get into server one either! Are there still problems???? just booted me so got to wait five minutes now... ho hum. Off to make a coffee..... rolleyes
I used to ride a motorbike, and have never learnt to drive a car. I know this might sound silly, but I felt more vunerable in a car.. wheras I had more control over my bike. I also ALWAYS wore the full amour kit when I went out.. and it served me well.
I got knocked off my bike by a drunk driver, but got straight back on my bike.. but had to go to casualty later as I didn't realise how injured I was. I was almost knocked flying by a bus, and a taxi driver on another occasion sending a text.
I now walk everywhere..that I can... as I am too scared to learn to drive now. Some drivers in Oxford and London where I go every week frighten me silly.. I will not tar everyone with the same brush, as there are some good drivers out there, but its the few that ruin things for everyone else.
I wish I could drive, would make things a lot easier..
And here is one just for you bbw_lover... I think you (and other fellow techies) might like this....
kiss

Have a look at this website.. you can see episodes from the US before we do! yippee!!!!
Now off to fiveondemand to watch yesterday's Miami..... wink
I have been reading this thread with interest. I have been on the donor register since I was about 17, I am now 41. I carry a donor card in my purse all the time.
Everyone is entitled to their own personal thoughts on this, and I respect any that don't wish to donate. My late husband refused point blank to donate, it was something he didn't believe in, and like others have said, wanted to go out with what he came in with.
I personally am happy for them to use any part of my body, Eyes, kidneys, heart even skin.. if it can be used to ease someone's suffering, or aid their recovery, I am all for it. I had my hair shaved off for charity and then sent it to a wig maker to make wigs for people who had hair loss through chemo, and I would probably consider doing it again in the future, as it is something that I can do while I am still alive. I know its not the same, but at least I did something.
It is down to personal choice, and mine is to give. biggrin
:D
Earlier this morning I walked to my local shop to get supplies for lunch, and someone drove past me lighting up a cigarette.. eyes down and another car was coming towards them.. lots of screeching tyres and beeping cars followed.. I know it's just not mobile phone users.. but they are the ones that frighten me more...
I could... I like the pic of me and him at the moment, but am exploring possibilities.... any ideas welcome!
Forgive me if something along these lines has been posted before.. I did a search and couldn't find anything ..
I am still shaking from a near miss on the M40 on the way back from London.. We had just gone past Hillingdon, and I looked down to see someone driving and sending a text message at the same time. The roads were wet, and there was a lot of crosswind... I sat there holding my breath as the car got closer and closer.. Luckily nothing happened. But it scared the living daylights out of me. While we were in London, someone stuck in traffic was sending one, not as dangerous, but still not good.
We got back to Oxford, and as we got off the bus, someone stationary in a car at traffic lights was sending a text.. not watching the lights..
I really am worried about someone causing an accident while using their mobile.. especially on the motorway.. what do you guys think? mad
biggrin I had to read that twice.. numpty I am... but it is early in the morning!!! :D Very nice pic too if you don't mind me saying x
