Naming and shaming is not allowed for one reason - malicious intent.
Say for example you fell out with someone in a room, in your private life, where ever.
Potentially you could then come on here and start slagging them off to all and sundry.
Some accusations may be totally and utterly untrue, but once they are in the public domain for all to see, not only can it damage someone reputation beyond repair, it may also get the site and it's members into trouble in regard to slander etc.
If you have any probs with a member, please pm one of the mods or op's and we will deal with it.
Don't do it on here - ever :shock:

No you can't kick someone on the basis of their location, status, gender, or anything else like that.
You can only boot them if they are rude, abusive or whatever, but even then, you must warn them first ;-)

I appreciate what you are saying Mark, but quite honestly just because people pay to join this site, that does not guarantee them an op in chat for 24/7.
We are all volunteers, helping to keep the site running smoothly because we love the site. If does feel good to make a difference sometimes, but we DO have real lives.
We do have families, jobs, everyday stuff to attend to and being on SH every free waking moment if just not possible.
All of us do the best we can and I know you have helped me several times in the past which I appreciate, but please don't go expecting us here all the time
Now can we *please* get back to the congrats for Uncle, Shaz and Tony.
I'm sure some of the remarks on this thread will dampen their first day as op's. Some of it is quite childish and uncalled for

how about a red and yellow card system for room owners, if a member is being unrully the owner could slap a room warning on them rather than just kick.
If room hosts read the rules of hosting, they would see that they are supposed to warn someone the first time they step out of line and not just boot.
They can boot if someone is persistant, but should have warned them first in any event.
