Since it is part of the T&C's of membership to display the correct membership status, if you have a genuine reason to believe someone is not part of a couple, but displaying a couples membership, please report it via that person's profile (link at bottom of profile page) and admin will arrange to make appropriate checks on the use of such accounts.

Can I just remind people to make sure they log out correctly each time they leave the chatrooms please.
There are a great many members who leave their account logged in but idle for many hours - I even found one yesterday who had been idle for two days :!:
More often than not, they are in the main admin rooms, Beach, Lounge etc and this can clog up the rooms, making entry for other people a problem.
It can also mean you may have problems when you try to get back in to chat. It may keep disconnecting you, if you try to join one of the rooms which you are still showing in and may mean your idle "ghost" will have to be booted before you can get back in.

Yup. Jon and I know a guy through the dogging circuit, who was arrested, charged and is now on the sex offenders register for two years after being caught dogging - not with us btw :lol2:
He was arrested whilst dogging on a well known Dorset naturist beach around 18 months ago and it was featured in the local newspapers, including photo's of him :shock:
Also, as he has three previous convictions for same, he has also been served with an ASBO, which bans him from visiting the beach and the dunes for three years.
He was told in Court, that if he is arrested for this again, he will receive a prison sentence.
I might add, that just because not many members of this site do not know - personally - someone who has been charged with these offences - does not mean it doesn't go on
It does - and we must all remain vigilant - for our own protection, if nothing else.
Jon and I have been given the third degree by the Police on more than one occasion - but luckily have never been arrested/charged with anything

It sounds like you have had the extra's pack on your account - that would show your chat symbol as a blue cross - which has now expired.
The symbol you are showing now is the sign of Mars - the male sex - which is used to show a male account, regardless of your orientation. It does not mean you are a bi male.
If you want to have the extra's pack on your account again - and show the blue cross - you will need to upgrade your account by following the red link on the right under the "user menu" .

This topic has been raised several times in the past - and always with the same outcome - the general consensus being that 30 seconds is ample time to find another room.
Most of the ops will happily wait a while longer if someone is in the process of opening another room.
The problem with giving more time to leave is that people continue to join the room long after the warning of closure has been given and we have keep repeating that the room is closing . . . . this could go on indefinitely and quite frankly the op's do not have enough time to sit in unhosted rooms all day/night giving the closure warning, or wating for everyone to gather themselves up and find another room
For example, I gave the "closing room" warning in a room last night - and was totally and utterly blanked by everyone in there.
Not one person left the room and everyone carried on chatting.
I then changed the colour of my font to ensure that my warning was noticed - and yup - still all carried on chatting - so I waited 30 seconds and closed the room
In any event, once the new system is up and running, all rooms - apart from admin ones - will close automatically 30 seconds after the host leaves, so unless the host announces that they are leaving to warn everyone the room will close, everyone will be bounced into another room anyway :?
I appreciate it is irritating to have a room closed when you may be engaged in a chat, but on the other hand members must appreciate how busy the op's are - we simply do not have the time to be ignored just because people may be engaged in conversation :?

I have just had a phone call telling me that a very good friend of Jon and I has gone missing during the afternoon of Sunday 24th Feb 
I don't want to give out her name on here, but she will know who she is. She is suffering from health problems and everyone is worried sick about her, especially her partner and children.
