Seriously, I am sure all of the ops would prefer to have complaints reported - after all, that is what we are here for - aside from perving the cams that is :twisted:
As Marya correctly stated - it is often the case that a member who is abusive to one person, quite frequently will be so to another. So unless they are dealt with, they will continue with inappropriate behaviour, which may upset a great deal of members over the course of time.
Personally, I am always happy to have pm's submitting complaints even when I am off line. Most of us log in several times a day, so things can be sorted out quickly and effectively.
There will be no come backs on anyone who reports another member because neither op's, nor admin ever divulge who has raised a complaint.
It's confidential, so if you have any complaints, let us know the room title, approx time and server - as well of course, as the names involved and we'll get it sorted for you in no time at all :thumbup:

However, if you are getting the screen drop out and go blank/grey on a regular basis, it may not be because you are being kicked - you may be losing your connection at your own end somewhere.

Directing can be a real pain to the general atmosphere of a room and conversations can be drowned out by all the directors calling out their instructions/requests/sad little comments etc.

All site hosted rooms such as Beach, Jacuzzi etc are the ones which are most often full to capacity, partly I am sure, because people know on the whole they can go into those rooms and hold a conversation without watching endless line after line of "get your tops off" "can we see more?", "you've got the best tits on this site, but I'd love to see your pussy" -
- or as one guy said a couple of nights ago "spread your cunt open and drag your fingers through it and them lick them clean" :shock: The only fem on cam had her jeans and a tee-shirt on and promptly closed her cam!

My opinions of directors is something akin to pond life. They rarely endulge in a proper conversation, get cheap kicks out of seeing naked flesh on cam and quite honestly upset a lot of people, both men and women in rooms where many people have joined to avoid such innane chit chat confused

To be fair, when a no directing warning is posted in a room, many of these directors will apologise and refrain from doing it again - at least while an op is in there ;-)
However, it has to be said that quite often the fems on cam do encourage the directors, even in the no directing rooms.
This not only puts their own account at risk of a ban for encouranging directing, but also makes it more difficult for the fems on cam who do not want to be directed.
If they fail to do as suggested by some of the directors, they are often abused and insulted.
Basically, it all boils down to respect for other members. If you want to direct, join a room which permits it - likewise if you want to be directed, either join a room which permits it, or open one of your own smile

If everyone respected other peoples preferences, as well as the rules, things would run a lot smoother.
Somehow, I doubt this will ever fully happen. Not whilst we have so many one handed typists on here anyway ;-) :lol2:

That's quite correct, but to be fair, in a nightclub situation when things get out of hand, there is often a physical side to problems, fights etc - whereas in a chatroom the worst someone can do is insult you by text - so not really a fair comparison.
All the op's put in many hours each week and at all times of the day and night, so if problems do arise, there is more often than not, at least one of us on line.

That's a fair enough remark and of course everyone who complains would like to know the outcome, but the workload this would cause, really does mean it is not a practical solution at present.
However, I can assure you, that every complaint received does get dealt with at the very earliest opportunity.
If someone does wish to know an outcome, then they could always contact an op or send in support ticket.

When the new chatroom arives, it will have the facility to restrict on who can host a room - so if anyone fails to adhere to the rules and guidelines of hosting a room (unfair booting or whatever), they can be blocked from doing so in the future.
Sadly there will always be numpties who do not read or abide by the rules, but then we get them IRL too and sadly just have to work around them ;-) lol

Trawling a message every now and then in a room may be a mild irritant to some members, but being whispered withour asking first, or constantly being directed is also an irritant to others.
Whilst we try to keep a balance, sadly some people just don't read or adhere to the rules, hence the use or pop up warnings, but in the grand scheme of things, is it really that irritating seeing a message pop up now and then? dunno

I would have thought it far more annoying to see multiple members shouting "get out your tits" "show us your fanny" etc all the time :?
