The woman on the television says we are going to win!!
Sam xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Wouldn't surprise me ... you win, you pay for the next one ... and with a global cred crunch on ...
I know what you mean, duncanlondon, it can look awfully cute in a newish partner but it wears off quickly ... then you want to slap 'em wink

... Just my opinion, but tattoos are for life (removal is never complete) ...

Which is why I'd never have one because I just know that I'm never going to be able to decide on any design that I'll not get bored with after a while cool
From what you describe, it's not going to be a large tattoo and you're not planning on adding more and more tattoos so I would suggest back of the shoulder ... neck would be painful though location-wise would be a good place to have the one tattoo. I'm not a fan of wrist tattoos as most I've seen have been pretty tacky looking (and some of my fetish friends are big on tattoos).
Does anyone else get this problem? I find that if the amount of text in any of my posts goes beyond the amount of text you can see in the text entry box - everything else I type, I can't see so it's like typing in the dark!
I see the initial screenful from the start ... everything else is off screen, when I type something, I 'see' what I'm typing for a split second and after every letter, it jumps back up to the beginning again.

Really good point. I have noticed that the odd one or two who did introductory posts in there have actually made their way to the cafe and other parts of the forums, but it seems the majority do a post and then run, very quickly (probably the safest option looking at some of the forum inmates)

I think you find that on any forum to be honest, some people do go as far as to post a hello and then you never hear from them again.
I don't think it's anything to do with the type of responses they've had to their initial hello, more to do with them as a person. Some people just lurk and are happy staying that way though I've always thought if you're interested enough in a particular forum that you keep coming back to it to see what's happening etc, then why not join in, get known (which can seem daunting and undoubtedly may take time) and maybe even meet people in real life?

You are thinking about UK drivers and putting them in the equation. Continental drivers usually speed up or down to allow the filtering, near the end, to run smoothly.
In the UK they bomb like hell to the end and then bully their way in. Then people think "Sod that" and drive up the car in front and not let them in. Thus they all come to a screaming halt.
...
Dave_Notts

I see, and yes, that's exactly how UK drivers behave so create the very problem they want to avoid.

 I love love love shoes. But I hate feet... especially my own.

Your feet look mighty fine to me wink
A good pair of heels that reveal the arch of the foot, stilettoes, or with the right outfit thigh length high heel boots ... look great but I understand can be quite tiring on the feet ... (friend of mine went to a vicars and tarts party as a tart, after about 15 mins he was already complaining about having sore feet) ... which is where my foot fetish and foot rub skills come into play (though I hasten to add, my male friend did NOT get a foot rub off me) cool

Something tells me you do not like caravans? I do not know what gives me that thought really. wink

Don't worry , I don't like lorry drivers either

I found when driving on the continent that they all stayed in their own lanes and filtered in at the end. In the UK it is because everyone moves over early that it starts a major concertina effect.
Dave_Notts

Can't see how that works, the one time where everyone filtered over early whilst driving on the M1, was the time that everyone got past the roadworks without any delay, every other time, it's the people trying to push in right at the last few yards, that cause the other lanes to come to a near stand still.
... and another thing ... traffic jams at roadworks ... mostly avoidable. We get warned that a lane is closed miles before we get there, but stupid fuckers all try and wait till the last minute to move over, causing the jam ... if everyone moved over early on, we'd all be in the right lane by the time we need to be and the traffic would flow much faster!
... but caravan drivers, limited hours as I already posted ... bastards! wink
I'm hoping to be able to make it to this if I can rearrange work so please add me to the list. cool
rolleyes Have seen these in a number of clubs, but have yet to see anyone use one other than to have a giggle lol
I'm a THI member so think I'll try and pop back for this one as it'll be a chance to meet some people from here cool
Cannabis maybe ... but I'm none too sure that heroin could be classed as a recreational drug, myself ...
(... though I maybe misread that bit, was it a general comment, not referrring to the fact she was caught smuggling heroin? ...)
cool It's not too bad during the week when I have to be up early anyway ... but not on weekends
I wouldn't be so sure about that, the whole DNA database thing is a shift towards the notion that we're all potential perps ...
Bring on the Dark Judges wink

That IS the law of the land. She knew what would happen, or could happen if she was caught.
Drugs cause misery for millions, and lives too.
Yes in OUR world it is harsh...but in their world, it is fair.
No easy solution other than...DONT smuggle drugs.

I'm with kentswingers777 on this one ... its harsh and not to our sensibilities but people KNOW how tough the drug laws are over there and the possible consequences if you get caught smuggling drugs.
Saying that, given the publicity etc about this case, I don't think she'll be executed over this.
Quote by Dirtygirly
... Or are we assuming that she did this all by herself without any pressure from someone else?
And she's guilty?

Honest answer? Probably a little coaxing and the promise of a big payoff swayed it ... belief there was little risk in being caught ... can't speak for anyone else but imo, yeah, I think guilty.
I've just the one cat, he's a hell of a mouser which is good, and has caught more than one bird in the garden which is less good - I'll go running out and grab hold of him so the bird can get away but usually it's too late by the time I've seen him ...
He's a funny one though, most cats won't go out when its raining but it doesn't seem to bother him too much. He seems to stay out overnight half the week and indoors the rest, and the little sod will be meowing to be let out again at about 5:30/6am!

... And by the by ... why do dog owners have to pick up the dog shit, while cat owners are allowed to let their pets shit all over the place ? ...

Bit difficult following a cat around wink but don't worry, we get to deal with cat poo from other peoples cats ...
I have 2 facebooks, both in my name, one is strictly family and a few vanilla-ish friends, the other one is pretty much fetish related but the privacy on both is locked down so neither can see each other and nobody not listed as a friend can see the profile at all. Then there's the KinkySpace profile which isn't used all that much by anyone really cool Far as swinging goes, just this profile here and on the THI forum.

I have one of them poor old cars - couldn't afford to trade it in for a slightly less old car, let alone a new one
However, if I was one of them better off people that trade their cars in every other year......
I would sell my nearly new one, buy an old car for a couple of hundred quid, and hey presto, £2000 off the new car you were gonna get anyway confused

Trouble is, you must of owned the car for at least a year before you can take advantage of the trade in. and it must have an valid MOT.
Ooooh right, didn't know that bit. That plan won't work then lol
... plus you don't get the cash in your hands and it HAS to be put towards a new car ...
... Roads are for CARS! ... and anyone towing a caravan should only be allowed to drive between the hours of 2am and 6am Mon - Fri and not at all on weekends :P
A lot of smoke and mirrors as always ...
A lot of people will look at the £2K and think, wow, that's saving me a lot of money ... but everyone knows that the second you drive a new car away from the dealers, you've already lost several thousand pounds. Depending on what car you're buying, that drop could easily wipe out and may even drawf the £2K scrappage so if you WERE going to replace your old banger, you may still be better off buying a 2nd hand car that's just a couple years old.
Just happens that I'm scrapping my old car because it's an old S reg and just a couple weeks ago, developed a fault that will cost me £800 to fix, way more than the car is worth ... annoying as there are a lot of good parts still in that car ... but I'm not bothering with the scrappage scheme for the above reasons.
Public transport in London is so unreliable and expensive that there's no way I would NOT have a car.
A few friends of mine where filming with Billie Piper today for a future episode of 'Secret Diary' ... its set in a dungeon and mostly they were extras in the background but one had to sing and another spent the day sucking Billie's feet ... going to be hilarious when thats on TV lol
