Only from our point of view if you come over to talk that is all you will get! I'm affraid! we get "caught out" so you have to creep up on us!

Yes, I go to the drivers side to make the couple feel safe. I'm not going there to have a chat, unless that is what the couple wants. Once they know I'm there one of two things can happen. I can be told leave if I've read the signals wrong. I think it is easier for the man to tell me that they are not interested than the woman; as I said I've no wish to frighten or upset anyone. The other possibility is that they see me and are happy. Usually there is some sort of acknowledgement that they have seen you, even if it's just a glance. As I said last time, once they know I'm there I feel free to move round to the passengers side. On the other hand sometimes if she is giving him a blow job then the best view is at the drivers side.
I'm sure that my cautious approach means that sometimes I miss out, but at the end of the day I wouldn't want to think that someone was put off of dogging just because I was impatient.

I don't think you can tell much from which window the dogger goes to. Myself I'll tend to go to the guy's window first. This is because I think it's less threatening to the lady. If they both seem happy with me being there then I'll go around to her side of the car. Even then I'm likely to move again if I think the best view will be from somewhere else.
Obviously 99% of the time all this decision making is not necessary since I find that I'm alone in the car park!

I first tried Google Earth a few months ago and looked at dogging site in Buckinghamshire that had a problem with a lorry driver who parked his lorry at the entrance to the site. And sure enough the aerial view showed a lorry parked there!

The cases you quote don't prove that it's illegal. The first case was a situation where the wife could expect privacy. If she had been bathing nude in the sea then anyone could have taken pictures.
In the second case I think you'll find the only person doing anything illegal was the bloke who assaulted the person who was doing the filming.
I know of a case where a man was arrested by the police for taking upskirt pictures of women. Because there were taken in a public place the CPS decided they could not prosecute him under the Voyeurism act.

Actually Jomu doesn't prove they were breaking the law. The Act goes on to say:-

68 Voyeurism: interpretation
(1) For the purposes of section 67, a person is doing a private act if the person is in a place which, in the circumstances, would reasonably be expected to provide privacy, and-
(a) the person's genitals, buttocks or breasts are exposed or covered only with underwear,
(b) the person is using a lavatory, or
(c) the person is doing a sexual act that is not of a kind ordinarily done in public.

The part to look at is :-
"a place which, in the circumstances, would reasonably be expected to provide privacy"
Does anyone expect a pubic car park to provide privacy? Having sex in your house or a hotel and you would be entitled to privacy; but in a car park I don't think so.
That's not to say it is morally OK to take pictures, but legally it may be.

You only need to be slightly smarter and look at their previous posts, which you can get to via a link from their profile. This will tell you where they are from. All the same I agree a rough idea of which part of the country is a good idea.

Maybe if you didn't tell other couples that you would send pictures in return for theirs; and then tell them you couldn't make if after all; maybe then you would meet some couples.
Remember us? James and Sarah. Thanks a lot for leading us up the garden path. If you didn't like the look of us, fine. Just say no thanks. Even tell us we're too old / ugly / etc. if you really must.
