Ok, I've been posting drivel for most of yesterday and today. The reason? I'm so very much on edge. I'm hyper. The only way I can even sit still is to keep my mind busy by posting stuff on here.
I plunged myself into the realms of the unknown, by asking someone the hugest thing I've ever asked (is hugest a word? I'll get the dictionary out later and look). I have one week before I get the response.
So come on peeps, if any of you have any mind bending puzzles that will keep me occupied and stop me boring the pants off you, now is the time to pass them on.

My first proper day back on Swinging Heaven, and I'm feeling better already. Oh I know I probably annoy the crap out of some people by posting drivel, but for the first time in a long while, I've laughed today. Not the kind of half hearted laugh you give when you're trying to humour someone who is attempting to make you feel better and failing miserably, not a semi chuckle you might let out when you see something faintly amusing, but a huge great laugh that made the back of my head hurt.
It's been an awful long time since I felt this way, and I'd like to say thankyou to all of those out there who come on here and spend time making people laugh. You might not realise it folks, but to some of us who just aren't feeling so great, you're a godsend.

Ooooooooooh that was a good recipe. Now the only problem is, I don't think that what I've got is artichokes
The recipe talks about cutting the bottom and tops off? Mine are all squiggly, sort of like the shape of root ginger if you know what I mean, but not the same colour, a bit whiter. But the bloke def said they were artichokes

Ok I know its a stoopid question, before I even get told off for it, before anyone comes along and pms me to ask why I'm posting drivel, before anyone gets on their uppity high horse and says it not swinging related well it is because I'm part of a swinging group and I'm asking the rest of the swinging group a question that I need to know the answer to - alright?
How does one cook artichokes? Someone gave me some artichokes, and I have no idea how to cook them. Boiled? Roast? Fried? I'm not throwing them away, I'm short of money as it is so I intend to eat them as a cheap meal. Artichokes on toast? Would that work?
