For some strange reason we don't seem to be able to get new neighbours.
The nice people who live next door have had their house up for sale for around two years and can't seem to get a buyer.

shireen, one of the most important things to learn when singing is breathing control, how to breath from your diaphram, where to take breaths in verse's, etc
always warm your voice up before singing, don't go straight into it.
scales or ryhmes are a good idea,
Find a good voice coach if she intends to take it seriously, some the better stage schools should be able to recommend a good one.
If you at all relgious a good vocal training can be had by joining a Church choir, especilay one of the cathedral choirs.
