A g/f is heavily into reflexology; the way I understand it is that all nerve endings are in hands and feet. So by rubbing different parts of them, that links to most of the body.
You can do this yourself if you want, press a finger/thumb/or knuckle into every part of your palm on both hands and see if there are any lumps bumps or painful areas. Then spend time deeply massaging these bits and see if there is any change. (you don't want to hurt yourself, so just use your common sense)
Most ailments/problem cause something from what she tells me.
Obviously is it easier for someone else to do your feet...but do this for 10mins a day and maybe work up from there.
I saw her help a woman with endomitriosis once, was well funky.

Some are red, yellow and green folders. Then you get a bell or something else.
