Like everywhere it depends on where you live (or park) north wales like most other places has it's good and bad spots, where we live we have quite a low crime rate and enjoy some of the lowest car insurance rates available, but anyway back to the thread, yes there are people in north wales.

yes thats how we use it we have 4 puters and only one has the aol software, the rest are free from aol and they use and netscape to access the net and I will say again in 8 years we have never had a problem.
