living in cornwall has it issues alone, but when the bristol munch was only on say once a year and that was the closest to me i would try and arrange things so i could attend.
there was always plenty of notice so you could book in advance and get cheaper accommodation, most people would travel to it and would all stay in the same hotel if possible, they were munches, so no worry of chatting away to a vanilla or be stared at like the weirdo swinger, or worse considered easy sex by the drunk vanilla.
it was a chance to put faces to forum names.
and after hours if play happened so be it but it was completely pressure free enviroment at the munch.
i miss the old munch days. they were more special as they were big planned for events. might have cost more, took more arranging, but more people from far and wide would attend as it was special.

You could always think about getting a train to say......The Midlands if there was a munch further north you wanted to go to...
I'm certain someone in the Midlands would be willing to help out with travel etc from there on innocent
is there a midlands munch coming up?
in cornwall we were one of the first that experienced the switch over.
prior to the switchover my free view in the bedroom worked perfectly, very clear picture.
( except when one of those irritating little fecking 50cc goes past)
since the switch the picture is worse then the analoge used to be. ive re tuned lots of times but still crappy picture now.
i heard a lot of people say they had to buy new boxes as some of the ones per switch over are not compatible since the switch?? dunno why.
seems unfair that there is no option other than not to watch at all, its freeview and teh expense of ariels, boxes etc and still the same tv licence, or go with sky etc and yet stilllll pay the tv licence.
going to send gordon a balaclava for christmas.
xx fem xx
i dont even begrudge the people on benefit, its the fact the stupid fecking government make it that its financially better off to be on benefit in some situations.
and those on benefit cannot seem to relate it to it being the low earning workers who are covering their bebefits, they think they are screwing gordon brown for all the money they claim.
i dont know the answer, i just know it cant please be to tax the fucking low earners yet again,, ffs gordon blimey can you not see that soon all the low earners will not be able to work, i cant keep paying the price in petrol to get there, the perscription to keep me healthy enough to keep working, the glasses so i can read when at work etc you WILL grind us all down and eventually the system will collapse.
at least let us get pissed on the way lol
xx fem xx
i demand lots of men lol i hope he can supply me lol
i actually did think in my innocence that with all the combinations a single guy could be good for would mean there is a demand.
it sucks xx fem xx
i think its very unfair that single guys pay such a high difference to get into a swinging club.
maybe this is down to me being a single female? i dunno.
ok here are my thoughts, and bear with me even i dont always understand the thoughts...
swinging isnt to me just couples swapping, its not called a swapping club.
i guess couples go who like to be watched
who like to have straight MMF
who like to have bi MMF
who like to watch their female half have sex with other guys.
i guess single females go who like to be watched.
who like to play with 1 guy
who like to play with 2 guys
who like to play with 3 guys... ok you get the way thats going lol
i guess males go who like to just watch couples have sex.
who like to have sex with couples, who like to have sex with males, who like to have sex with single females etc etc.
Now.. forgive me if im wrong but dont people have to join and become members of these clubs before they can go in?
To me a club i went to for sex would be pointless without a good selection of single males, so i dont see the problem with allowing single males in, and im guessing nor do the clubs,, so why the hell disrespect them and their actuall usefullness by charging them so much more different than a single female??
i again am guessing that the numbers of genders are toted up as people go in, so if the club feels there are enough of one type in the club they could/would refuse access , so why the need to charge more in the con of saying its to limit the numbers of single males??
I think i would actually feel very uncomfortable going and getting in for free if i knew guys were made to pay so much more, it would make me feel like a commodity.

sorry i already know i will ramble..
if the tax on alcohol is there to reduce the crime linked to it then if i show my clear crb check do i get the tax reduced?
are they saying crime is more rife in poorer comunities so they will price those communities out of drinking?
will they try and say soon the tax on petrol is going up as the less we can afford the less we drive so the less acidents?
you cannot and the government must stop trying to tax this society out of problems.
i work full time i have to drive to get to work.
dont be fooled in thinking that higher taxes will stop the problems we are facing...
i can ill afford a nice bottle of wine. but i see people on benefits that can..
alcohol is not excluded from status symbols. what i mean is the person who the government actually think has the lowest income bening on benefit, or no money cause they are young will be priced out of buying alcohol if the tax is raised?? think again, most young ppl i know on benefit wouldnt be seen drinking cheep booze its only the best JD or sothern comfort, its the poor twat like me who is working ful time and treats them selves to a drink that will be priced out of enjoying it any more.
and lets not be fooled into thinking someone on benefits is on a lower income then someone working full time.

this thought branches off in 3 was so excuse my ramble..
sperm doners.. noooo not like that rolleyes i was listening to the radio and it was pointing out the drop in sperm donation since it is no longer anonoymous.
this lead me to thinking could i really ever consider searching out sperm donation? now i know some people feel it is the only soultion for several reasons if they want a child,
but then i thought about what if habits and manerisums are hereditory, im quite picky about these things, i hate chammers ( eating with mouth open) liers, people who fidget, i know these may be considered to be based on how we are raised, not to do the above etc, but i cant put into words how some peoples manarisums really bug me.
so i thought omg you really dont know anything about the sprem doner what if the child was like its father, ... and if you actually had ever met the father in person you would think what a knob head he was..
then i realised how shallow i am,..ok now i cant for some stupid reason see anything that i am typing.
So would you ever consider a sperm doner? would you ever consider being a sperm doner,Am i reLLY PICKY AND SHALLOW? ( YOU DONT HAVE TO REPLY TO THAT ONE LOL)
shoud this be in teh curent affairs considering the whole ramble is based on a radio piece i heard today?
xxx fem xx
yep,
never liked the split, still dont.
i go in cafe and see things that i guess should be in current affairs, its stupid, anything that creats discussion and debate which is conversation beyond hi hi hi stuff is current affairs, so would be no need for the cafe in that case.
i will ramble and can give loads of reasons why i hate the split.

^^ good idea
A site I have used before did something similar and after a month of not logging on your profile would not be searchable but when you re logged on again it would become active again

I like that idea as well.....
As I am embarking on Vanillaship(is that a word ?) my profile may well become a dormant one but I dont see why I should just delete it because my current status is not a swinging one dunno
To archive the profile would always leave the door ajar for me (or anyone else for that matter) to return if things dont work out
oh steve,
your going over to the vANILLA SIDE???

i cant stand bad parking, people who use up far to much space in areas where parking is limited. if you cant get i and out of a resonabe size space then fecking park somewhere else.
at the moment hating the little barstards who broke into my car sat evening smashing windows and burning interior. £120 excess to pay and lots of hassles with police, SOCO, insurance companys and garages.

im still here?? ohhhh you didnt mean me, lol
not part of any clique, infact i dont know any of you here, all my munch mates left,
and living in the darkets depths of cornwal ive not excaped to get to munchs of late,
then saying that has the site lost some conection because the munches have kinda gone to be replaced by more frequesnt socials, which to some is good, but there are no "special" events to get excited about, to save towards, as a special treat where you know you will get to put a face to that avatar and forum personality?
i think some people have got sick and tired of the sniping, the fear of being told its been done before, devils advocate debates getting far to insulting personally?
me ?? im still here because i dont have any real friends lol
now to be honest if the site started to cost me i think i would have to leave, i cant afford it.
maybe the charging has killed some membership off?
people come, the year expires and if the site is currently flat, which will happen naturally, they wont pay to stick around and lift it back up?

This site is dedicated to swinging in the UK and its completely free to register as a member. If you are either into 'The Scene' or interested in learning more, this is the place for you.
We have photo ads system where you can browse other swinger's adverts and/or place one of your own. There is also a forum message board where adult members can place simple messages quickly and easily; perhaps exchanging useful information with others, arranging parties, web cam meets etc. A live video chat room is also available for adults to load up and chat to each other. Along with general swinging advice and information, we have a dogging section full of UK locations for doggers and advice on how to proceed. We also have a large directory of swingers clubs around the UK. So, you should find all you need here.
For everyone who is over 18 years of age, from the UK, and genuinely interested:-
???? i Dont know where you got your definition about swinging from, but you are trying to define a swinger, that is very movable for anyone.
and the origional point and one you triedto clarify with your definition was what is is contradictoy to your self as you actually use dit to say if this is a sex site... the above taken form the hoem page leads me to say this is NOT just a site to find sex, its a site for people who have a interest in swinging.
if im gay can i only be gay if im in the act of fucking someone the same sex as me? or can i be gay while doing the dishes?
im a swinger, not just when im having sex.
this is not a sex site its a site for those interested in swinging.
i could debate that even though im not fucking people off ths site i could be considered more of a swinger than a single man whos herejust fucking and running, as my definition is different than his to what is a swinger.
the fact i could not be fucking anyone form this site but chose to only meet strangers at a swinging club does that mean i shouldnt be here?
No.
yes we all get fucked off with timewasters, but im not being fake, im not wasting anyones time, im not saying i will meet anyone, and if i was it still does not make me a timewaster by wanting sex but not with everyone who messages me.
i think the confusion is trying to define anyone here, we are all individuals all entitled to be here as long as we keep within the AUP( maybe except markz rolleyes )

omg is this a reunion thread??

oh and while im here ...

you gotta go here and personalise...so funny
xxx fem xx
how insulting and rude.
if you dont like the fact some people are here and taking a breck from actually meeting for sex then in my eyes you have the wrong impression about being a swinger.
swinging is more than a fuck, its about friendships, having a laugh, finding support, basically having a circle of friends who accept that sometimes you have some friends whom you may have sex with.
if your looking for a sex site im sure google can assist you.
now swinging to some people isnt the latest buzz, its a life style choice.
they may support a football team, but just because they havent had the time to watch a match or play a game does not mean they can no longer support that team.
do you/ would you discard your friends you have made via swinging sceene if they, for what ever reason, decide they dont want sex with you any more?
Profiles here are just that, a profile, people can chose to fill them in, or say feck all.
by saying they are not currently looking to meet is not a reason to say well fuck off out of our way then... to be frank you come across as sleazy sex hunting un emotional animals.
i have been a swinger for over 22 years, if for what ever reason ( and that reason is mine to know and the publics if i choose to share that) i decide to step back from meeting then i can i will and i do.
i am not wasting anyones time by being here. unless your so blood thirsty you cant stand to waste 2 mins reading my profile to find out im not currently swinging is such a waste of your time you feel my punnishment is to fuck off or be kicked off the site?
Now if i was wanting to meet people i would have a AD.
yep thats those things you fill in when seeking a sexual partner. Not profiles.
it would be more likely considered a waste of time if my profile wasnt clear and someone wasted their time messaging me asking for a meet when i hadnt made it clear i wasnt meeting.
you seem to have been swinging for just a few years, i hope if you find your relationship does not last, you fall ill, you have a stressfull load of crap going on at home/work etc that when you come here to see your mates we dont tell you where to get off because unless your free meat ready for the fuck we dont want to know.
this is a swingers community site , not a sex site.

my written word is crap, but when i read i really see grammer errors.
i cant get through the stories as the ones i seem to read are all he said she said then he said so she said.

The 4 minute mile;
It was first achieved in 1954 by Roger Bannister in 3'59.4". The 'four minute barrier' has since been broken by many male athletes, and is now the standard of all professional middle distance runners. In the last 50 years the mile record has been lowered by almost 17 seconds.
As far as im aware the mile has not got shorter??
Mount Everest;
On June 2nd, 1953 Queen Elizabeth II was crowned as monarch of the Commonwealth. Just days before, however, a humble bee keeper from New Zealand had managed to replace news of the Coronation on the front pages of the British newspapers. On May 29th, 1953 that man - Edmund Percival Hillary - and his companion, Tensing Norgay, achieved the seeming impossible – they climbed Mount Everest.
many more have since managed this climb..
As far as im aware it hasnt got lower??
why take away from the achievements these kids have gained? ffs they deserve a award for getting through school let alone with a qualification.
well done to everyone who has something to celebrate

i hope your as happy to stand up and be counted if the university decided to do a drug test and you lost your job and reputation.
i dont compare cannibis to alcohol or coke etc , as i thik they all have their own devils, and just because there are already enough life fucking up sht out here thats legal does not to me mean we should add another one to the legal list of crap.
i work within a housing estate that see the robbing, the unemployment, the dropout of canabis smoking people.
im not saying you cant hold down a job being a dope head, there are people with very hig powered jobs who are crack adicts.
i know i wouldnt be happy if my childrens tutor was a dope head.
just because lots of people do something does not give a balanced reason to legalise it.

Just as with alcohol, there is a small percentage who have pre-disposition to paranoia and schizophrenia that is exacerbated by prolonged (several months or more) chronic (every day, all day) use of cannabis. Out of everyone I've ever known who has smoked it (this is most people I know or have known for the last 30 years - so probably around a 1,000 +, 4 have had mental problems, 2 had prior mental problems anyway, 1 was very highly strung and had a breakdown - but is better now and abstains totally, and 1 had panic attacks if combining it with alcohol - so does either or, but not both.

Err lets just clarify here. Those are the ones that didn't give a toss about the stigma attached to mental health problems, or were actually aware that something wasn't quite right, or maybe just had a formal diagnosis that they were willing to share with you.
I'm sure you didn't share every aspect of your life with them and it follows that they wouldn't share every aspect with you.
I have personal experience of how cannabis can effect individuals and their mental health. Some people just cannot handle the active component (THC?) and become ill very quickly after ingesting. Everyone reacts differently to anything they ingest, my partner can eat curry, it rockets through me like a steam train  Needless to say if they're smoking all day, every day then it does become less of an 'if' and more of a 'when'.
If people have a bad reaction to prescription medication, then they are seldom given that drug again, but with illicit drugs people can obtain them without the same kind of controls.
I don't think I've ever heard of someone suffering a serious and debilitating psychotic episode which causes them to loose a year + from their life after taking a few puffs on a cigarette, or a couple of drinks, have done with cannabis though. The problems generated by tobacco and alcohol appear to be more cumulative in my experience.
Quote by easyrider_xxx
1 in 4!!!! - I seriously doubt that - where do you get your figures from?

That's a well known statistic within the health profession.

Quote by easyrider_xxx
I guess it depends on your definition of mental health problems - everyone gets depressed or down from time to time, but I wouldn't classify that as having mental health problems.

Well it's not Corries interpretation, it's probably a correlation of data from 'front-line' health professionals such as GPs, doctors, nurses etc.
So where do you draw the line for when someone's feeling 'depressed or down'? When they're stood on a bridge or when they approach a GP with a problem (which has probably been going on for months, but more likely, years)?
Personally I'd class a mental health problem as having an immediate and/or enduring negative impact on a persons day to day existence. Most people with MH issues function, they don't live, for many this is their 'normal' life and they don't get help either because they're embarrassed by the possibility of being labeled a loon or because it's been a gradual onset and they just accept it.
Oh and as this started about drugs, can anyone name the most popular depressant in the UK?
So going back to the op, do I think that cannabis should be legalised? Not sure, but I tend to lean towards the no side. There's really good research being done at the moment around the benefits of cannabis and how to extract the active chemicals and replicate them for use in treating other illnesses without having to ingest the harmful components, which would negate the 'medical benefits' argument. Without that I see no further need to legalise another substance that could be described as having a negative effect on society.
i enjoy big brother, i dont enjoy football, cricket, olympics, neighbours, day time tv, films, or pretty much any thing else on tv, so i dont come here saying yeah football is going to not be on again etc.
its on for 12 weeks, so whats the problem?
to be told by someone i shouldgoand find something usefull to do instead is rather insulting.
its harmless and my free time to relax as i choose after working all day, i have a important job that require a sharpmind all day, i am not a idiot or a moron which i feel gets implied because of the programe i choose to watch to unwind.

i dont need to say names or take sides.
ive been here a fair few years and i smell the fear people have about posting in some threads due to the personal abuse or blatent disagrement just because that poster does not for what ever reason like the person whos posted.
its a shame some people feel the need to pick on some peoples posts, because its not just the person you think is a twat who you bully away from posting, but the people on the side lines who fear the same attacks dare they disagree with you,or one of your mates.
actually feckit, i might not always agree with kent, but i do not see him to be the bully or "playing" the victim.
i have in the past felt picked on by a member here, and i try to avoid him and the threads he posts in.
i just wish people would debate the point and not make personal attacks.
YOU are killing the forums ffs.

As a young child we used to have to go to Sunday school, and after that along to the officers mess for formal Sunday dinner.
Dad would get bladdered, once home we were sent out to play.
We would stay out as long as we could, even if we were hungry or thirsty we wouldnt go in for fear of being told, " now your in time for your bath" Sunday evening was always bath night lol.
when i was older (16) and living alone after a long week at work, a friday and sat out clubbing, sundays were about laying in bed, eating cold takeaway from sat evening and watching C4: waltons and repeats of the week.
might venture out to get a sunday paper, read it in laundrette while doing the weeks washing, then home ready for the comming week.
since being a parent sundays are about stripping beds, baking cakes, roast dinners and in winter log fires and afternoons of disney films or board games.
this thread made me think i wonder/hope my children look back on their sundays as a kid with fondness when they are older.

loads of good sugestions.
i dont know you or your likes etc but one excellent avenue to explore is helping out at a centre in the evenings.
youth centres, evening homeless shelters. they can rely on voulenteres and can be quite good for the soul to help others out.

when my dad died i couldnt stand to fall asleep as every time i would dream about my dad.
things would be good, normal, he didnt have cancer and he wasnt about to die or had died.
i really really hated those dreams cause every morning the pain of him dying was as raw as the first day as i just ached of missing him so much.
i dont dream of him any more, sad
some people said i should have welcomed those dreams as it ment i still got to be with him, but i just couldnt stand the pain.
i havent really had a dream that i can remember since they stopped, but then i dont really sleep that deep anymore.

i said no, but im single and even if i wasnt theres no way id say something if it wasnt true just because i was afraid to upset hubby.
i actually dont like male strippers. im not into the buff physique. and hate men who love themselves, which strippers come across as.
they are there to entertain as a stripper not a prostitute and theres no way id put a mans cock in my mouth unless it was in a mutually wanted experience.
