Hello! wave
For me, the best thing about the site has been the people I've met - sexually and socially - there are some fab folk about.
Oh and then there's being given the opportunity to expand and broaden my sexual horizons.
Oh and the giggles.
And the caiprinha-fuelled evenings with lovely Geordie people.
The kind of man who makes my head turn? Hmmm... I'm not sure it's easy to categorise phwoar-ness!
If I were going to try & think about who would make my head turn on the street, I'd probably say a tall-ish chap, dark hair, well-dressed (& by that I mean confidently & stylishly dressed, not necessarily smartly dressed) with a confident walk (I know, I'm odd!) If he is black or dark-complected, then yeah, that will possibly draw my eye & make me give him a look up & down.
Looking at him now more closely (rather than a perve from afar!) then I'd be looking for things like a nice smile, twinkly eyes (love a naughty glint!) & nice hands.
Looking even more closely, a nice package is always a bonus! :rascal:
But to be honest, all rules go out of the window sometimes; sexy just is, it can't always be defined.
I suppose too far is further than time or finances will allow.
From Merseyside I've had frequent meets in Manchester, a couple in Milton Keynes, some in the North East, a few in Yorkshire, then there's North Wales, Rugby, Preston, Cumbria, Birmingham...
Oh & I don't drive.
If I think the meet will be worth it though, I'll travel.
wink

It's certainly not exclusive to men! wink

 It definitely is not.

Do I need to confirm or anything? I'm out of practice... if so, I'm definitely coming, as what yet I don't really know. Probably myself, unless Nola wants to clothes swop? lol

Erm... :rascal: As long as we have our dancing shoes on, that's all that matters isn't it?! :giggle:

Crushes... where are they now....
One is in prison for fraud
One is in prison for GHB/ABH & armed robbery
Four are living with their gay partner
One is married with children
One is in a civil partnership
One is now the head of a different school
One is an international musician
One has a receding hairline but I reckon he could still make me swoon and be all tongue tied.

rotflmao That made me chuckle... Little Miss Iron Knickers certainly had interesting taste in crushes!

lol Which one? I changed my mind more times that I had hot dinners!
Let me get this right... are these the ones I used to write about in tip-ex on my pencil case? The ones that I'd do some mad, made up mathematical equation thing to see how compatible for life & forever more we were? The ones I secretly lusted after while I was busy being -Maiden-Extraordinaire?
Just so I know which list to give you!
My list of crushes and boyfriends are very different lists!

Oooh, I remember those mathematical equations! I suppose I mean the ones you had crushes on but never went out with.
To give you slightly more background about mine: he was four years older than me in infant/junior school and then he went on to the local comp and I went to the local grammar-type place. I still used to see him as he lived quite near me and I lusted after him lots... till I met his older brother :rascal:
...your teenage/schooldays crush? :inlove:
Do you ever wonder what became of him/her? What they look like now? If they are still swoon-worthy?
The reason I ask is that I just spotted mine in our local supermarket doing his weekly shop. He's still handsome, if a little shorter than I remembered (probably because I am now taller :dohsmile I (briefly!) toyed with the idea of striking up a conversation but then decided he'd probably think I was an utter fruitloop!
So, your teenage crushes: do you remember them? Do you still know them? Do you cringe or swoon at the mere mention?
:giggle:

:notes: On my list of people to have a natter with.
Have you checked out the chatrooms or seen if there are any groups for locals in your neck of the woods?
:welcome: to the site and I hope you enjoy your time with us.

Some great advice here:
http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/swingers-forum/viewtopic/81218.html
My other advice would be to try and get to know people: use the forums (the other ones) sign up for a social in your area maybe, chat in the rooms, persevere, pick people from the adverts who take your fancy and write them a well thought out mail which shows that you have considered what they are looking for.
Oh and have fun!
:welcome:

A friends loss :-(

Yep
And doesn't it just put other things crashingly into perspective?
So very sad.
Thought this might be fun:
Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer these questions.

Rules:
You can't use the band I used.
Try not to repeat a song title.
Copy the questions and then put your own answers.

I'll go first:
Pick your Artist:
Prince
Are you a male or female:
"And God Created Woman"
Describe yourself:
"Beautiful Strange" (well, "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World" would seem a tad vain!)
How do you feel:
"Dirty Mind"
Describe where you currently live:
"Alphabet Street"
If you could go anywhere, where would you go:
"Paisley Park"
Your favorite form of transportation:
"Little Red Corvette"
Your best friend is:
"Forever In My Life"
You and your best friends are:
"Superfunkycalifragisexy"
Describe the weather:
"Sometimes It Snows In April"
Favorite time of day:
"The Everlasting Now"
If your life was a TV show, what would it be called:
"Anotherloverholeinyohead"
What is life to you:
"Illusion, Coma, Pimp & Circumstance"
Your relationship:
"The Greatest Romance Ever Sold"
Describe your job:
"Lady Cab Driver"
Your fear:
"Electric Chair"
What is the best advice you have to give:
"Rock Hard In A Funky Place"
Thought for the Day:
"Right The Wrong"
How I would like to die
"Sexual Suicide"
My soul's present condition:
"Scandalous"
My motto:
"So Far, So Pleased"
Ooooh, I want to play!
Thing is, I don't drive.
So, I'm thinking I could possibly offer a suitably salacious flash of my boobs as my metaphorical 'keys in the bowl'...
Does that count? dunno
Quote by BIoke
I once made somebody recite the alphabet and say 'I'm a greedy cock whore' over and over again as my cock was down their throat.. does that count? confused
Each time they made a mistake, I made them start again...
wink

You so have to tell me that story next time we're journeying somewhere... that must be a good one! :giggle:

I love it when I find a £10 in my jeans pocket after washing them.
What do you like by way of a surprise?

Finding any unexpected money is always a joy!
I like checking my bank balance and finding I have more than I thought. It doesn't happen very often though! *sigh*
I'm a bit of both; I start a fair few threads and I post on others.
I enjoy the forum. It has its good times and its duller times but, on balance, I make it work for me. If I'm not in the mood, I don't read or post. If I am in the mood it can really amuse me.
I enjoy it because of the diversity of folk in here.

i like my user name as it also gives me a clue as to how i may know someone if they call me Sara as opposed to my real name lol

 It does help sometimes that!
I always think of people as their username.
Yours quite contentedly,
Nola x
The stories are 'approved' by Moderators - today I have done several.
Now, by approved I mean I have checked there are no references to or anything illegal. I have also checked that the content is not plagiarised. If I were to then 'edit' the stories for grammar, spelling etc it would take me forever.
I personally think the feeling is that contributing members themselves should edit for errors - most computers have grammar and spell checkers now anyway, so it shouldn't be hard. We aren't a literary site and I suppose that questions over editorial balance and bias would be levelled if we started amending too much of a member's original content.
That's just my personal thoughts though.
*I love the fact that I've just had to edit this post for spelling! rotflmao
Right... so if I'm virtually getting drunk, can we lower the tone (even more than finding thongs hanging from optics :twistedsmile and have some naughty party games?!
(Not sure willxx69 would approve but hey.... wink)
It may well be a matter of technical 'stuff' (redface Oh I am so competent!) and access rights, but I could be wrong. dunno
I'm sure admin will have a look though.
Everyone is bound by the AUP flower. Noone has "mod backing" as you put it, if you are implying (as it would seem you are) that some are treated more or less favourably than others.
If this thread is simply going to be a point scoring exercise - and by revelling in quoting posts that members have deleted does seem like this - then I will have to lock it. Now that's a shame, as on page one there was some interesting discussion.
