Good quality balsamic yes. Current favourite is hazelnut cream balsamic vinegar. Perfect on roasted shallots and cherry tomatoes on the vine.

I wouldn't discount a low blood sugar moment. I have gone hypo 20 minutes after eating a big meal, although I am a type 1 diabetic but hadn't overdosed on my insulin. Regradless, I would still go and get it checked out at your GP.
I would be pretty confident to rule out a hypo with that food count in a non diagnosed diabetic but agree needs to get checked out Jewl

It happened at approx 2:35 ish. I had eaten lunch at 1:30pm (cheese sandwich, muller light yoghurt and a handful of grapes plus a bottle of water) I'd had a mid morning snack (a little cupcake thingy!) at 10:40am and breakfast (grapefruit and a cuppa) at about 6:40am.
Basically I had eaten pretty much the same as normal.
Doesn't sound like low blood sugar then, get it checked out xx

I dare say it does for some people, not for others. I suppose the only way to find out is to try a second time and to do that the only person that can decide if its worth taking the emotional risk on is you.

I know that is "your experience" but I'd hate that to be seen as a generalisation of members here because I really don't believe it is, certainly in relation to the many couples we have met on SH.
We joined in 2004 after I found the site whilst looking up a swinging club that had featured on a documentary. We followed the forum and it was hilarious so we joined in and it went from there.
Munches were rare, gatherings were fun, the forum was a scream and the bitching and back biting, seamed at least, to be a lot less.
New posters who took the time to join in were welcomed and encouraged and that's what allowed the site to grow.
Many people join sites like these for many different reasons and most certainly not as a result of negative times in their lives.

I watched the Elvis uncut documentary last night. I've always been a huge fan of him and there is no doubt that he was a good looking guy. Was so sad to watch him latterly as he grew more dependant of prescription drugs and his family life fell apart particularly when you listened to Priscilla talk about him and their life together.
I think he has a great voice and still love to listen to him sing but I wonder just how good a singer he really was or was it just that he was the "first" white mainstream rock and roller properly managed?
